Dairy Queen used to be the place. Unfortunately, there's something about their buns that aren't so tasty or I no longer acquire the taste for it. One thing is for sure, I don't care to eat there, yet they haven't let me down while ordering for my family either. Does anyone else relate? What's your experience with DQ? This is the worst Dairy Queen ever. I order pick up through Door Dash today 1/5/2025 at around 6pm. I figured it would be easy to pick up and go. I go through the Drive through to get my order. I was told that I had to come inside. I explained I am in pain. They insisted that I come inside. I have an ongoing disability. I had to walk In to get the order instead of them giving it through the drive through. The manager was not empathetic. She did not care at all. They refused to accommodate for someone with an ongoing disability. I asked for the corporate number. The manager gave me an incorrect number. I called after getting home to ask for the store number and an employee rudely hung up on me. By far one of the worst experiences I've had at this store.

I came on new years to this DQ on my visit home from the navy upon getting to the window Anna @ 4:52pm gave me an attitude about not having my code from the DQ app ready when I was trying to get assistance from her telling me that I should have it ready already stating it’s the same “ analogy” as McDonalds. I told her I don’t eat at McDonald’s so I wouldn’t understand she told me regardless you should have it pulled up with an attitude . I asked “ dam what is your name?” Because of the way she was speaking to me she said “ Anna “ do you want to speak to my manager I said yes where is she ? She gave me the food and slammed door in my face .

I didn't realize DQ was a religious establishment. I felt very unwelcomed with my partner and our "ungodly" marriage. I Will never come back considering I'm not welcome.
I went to Dairy Queen at 2:54 PM on 8/4/2024 I got a large sprite with no ice and I just asked him to fill it up And Landon sims told me no because Y’all have a policy that y’all don’t feel up cups all the way if you get no ice Which is crazy to me very rude about it will not be back was filled halfway on a large
