Restaurant was clean and food was fresh. Plenty of outdoor seating with fans and AC units. I gave 5 stars on the food bc it was tasty but SMALL portions. My nephew is 8 and was still hungry after a regular meal.
Always have great service here and good food at reasonable price! Love the burgers and sundaes lol

Ordered two double bacon cheese burger combo's two other groups of people came in and received their order first then I received my to go order fries were warm at best hamburger was not even warm probably wouldn't go back to this

Standard DQ food. High turnover in staff means service quality can vary. Current manager Abby is a superb manager and makes this DQ run well. My fave fast food place in Dublin GA!

Not very happy. Ordered double cheeseburger no ketchup no onion, cheese curds and oreo cupfection and a chicken strip meal. My cheeseburger wasn't right. Had ketchup on it and cheese curds way to salty.

Last time I was there I got the 7 dollar meal deal the burger meal it was excellent DQ on East Jackson Street in Dublin Georgia is one of the best places to get something to eat from suggestion to DQ maybe do a butter finger DQ cakes candy theme blizzard cakes butter finger crunch twix maybe even a DQ Red velvet blizzard cake or carrot cake blizzard cake or a strawberry ?? blizzard cake or blueberry cheesecake blizzard cake DQ style

I went through drive through. I told cashier I wanted a chilli cheese dog meal and I ordered my daughter chicken fingers meal . I paid got food left I looked in bag at light. I got snacks meal 2 chilli cheese dog I wanted the meal. I went around told cashier she left came back said the manager said nothing we can do I explained to her she mentioned refund then ring back up right what I want. I explained her I only had certain amount in my account which enough get 2 meals so if you refund me that then ring up right thing if you try use my card might don't work and if it do once things clear it it say overdraft what around $8 for meal make me have overdraft that and $35 fee so I ask take one chilli dogs back just give me a fry. It should be same price I told can't do that. I know customers not always right even though that saying. But my thing my situation I'm right I see no harm doing what I ask. So I won't get overdraft fee. I see no harm correct that in this way. I always taught treat others like you want be treated I want be treated right. Today was not good customer service. No one hearing what I saying. I called other Dq asked was same general manager. She said yes I tell her my experience what happened she like I'll call the one you went to. I told her he said nothing he can do. I really prefer talk general manager. I'm call see what we can do. I like he said nothing he can do . So I guess she called cause I got call from him assuming it him but I didn't pick up because I feel he could correct it when I was there that been right thing to do. Listen to customer understand what they saying. The cashier like that waste food we throw away and once you got food we can't take back. I upset didn't want talk when he call. I looking forward to a meal. I don't get good customer service I don't come back. It be very good while before I go back to that DQ. I'm like that anywhere if someone not nice I don't go back to them. The key give good customer service.

Tried for 2 weeks to get a promotional blizzard and always had an excuse of why they didn't have it. Don't promote it if you ain't gonna have
First they gave me a naked spoon not even a napkin wrapped around, then they parked me for 10 minutes, then they took my order to another car that they had parked after the customer let them know it wasn't theirs they walk pass my car again (with my order that another customer done had) only to come back with my order that done been exposed to all kinds of germs..*update I was parked again but wasn't long the food was fresh and delicious(most of it), service was great as well but that beef just not beefing no more something is very different about there burgers, I wouldn't recommend them
