Went to restaurant to place my order since they DONT ANSWER the phone ,waited over 30 mins to get my order ,drove all the way home to find out I HAVE THE WRONG ORDER !!! Drove all the way back and it was no big deal to them Last time for me !!!! Exact word was HELL NAW WE NOT COMPENSATE YOU NOTHING !!!

Tried the house fried rice and honestly have to say was the worst I ever had,rice had old taste to it,sat at window 15 minutes while girl played on phone and never acknowledged I was there ???

Really miss the fried green tomatoes. There needs to be more of a proper dress code and hair policy. The food was good and fresh. But there needs to be upgrades within the store and in the cooking area. I will not complain about the 15 minutes plus wait, being the food was hotly prepared.

We’ve eaten here several times and usually have a good experience. The wings are very good. Tonight on a Friday night I called twice to place an order and no one answered. I thought maybe they were closed. I drove over to find them open. They were very busy and I see now why the one person working out front couldn’t answer the phone, there were customers waiting inside. I highly recommend you hiring enough staff to answer your phone because you are losing business. I almost went elsewhere instead of driving over I almost assumed you were closed. I took a chance and drove over to see if they were open and they were. I’m sure several people did go elsewhere. The one person working out front to take all the orders and supposedly answer the phone can’t do it all and especially not well and offer the customer service you expect. Please hire some additional staff for your busy times to help your staff and your customers.
The food is amazing and is cooked to order. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The restaurant environment is very family friendly. The staff makes you feel as though you are family! Try the homemade desserts, they are superb! Sam and staff are great people!

We go the Philly Steak and Cheese. Best I've eaten in Many Years Delicious ❤️‼️. Fries wasn't overcooked Hot Crisp and Good . Also had Fried Green Tomatoes, they could have been cooked a few more minutes but was still Good. The Sweetest and Kindest Lady waited on us on Friday Jan. 19th. We will be back. Everything was perfectly wrapped and placed in bag with all our condiments we requested ?‼️. Thank You Dub's ‼️Wish I had thought abot taking a picture but it Smelled to Good to wait ?‼️

If you haven't yet, go by and check Dubs out. Their food is excellent ?. I ordered the philly sub combo and my husband the fish sandwich combo. Let me tell my husband is very picky but as soon as those flavors hits his tongue, his face lit up. I pray they never change. It's hard to find good food these days. I will be passing and sharing this information. So for real if you looking for the taste and you haven't found it yet. Give Dubs a try, you'll be glad you did.
