Tried to place an order twice at 6:00 a.m. only for the lady to say that they don’t open until 7:00 am and the signage on the door and online says 5:00 am.

Asked for variety of dozen donuts, received 3 different kinds of donuts instead of a variety. One regular glazed donut had black charcoal looking burnt stuff all over it like it had been dropped. I usually like dunkin donuts. This was unusual

Staff is rude from the beginning to the end of my order. I added cream cheese to my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel I said many times to put it on the sandwich and they give me a side of cream (which tastes horrible and gives the sandwich a totally different taste) I get frustrated because sometimes they will put it on it and other times they won’t. I don’t get these problems at ANY other location just this one!

Another tense quiet disgruntled environment where angry workers feel comfortable treating customers like they’re not wanted. You won’t get customer service here and tbh I don’t feel safe eating food that’s made by people who act like this. Don’t trust it. One less customer for yall.

Honestly i’ve been to probably hundreds of Dunkin’ locations across the US and this is by far one of the worst. They will ask you to move forward for a simple iced coffee and proceed to give attitude every. single. time. I have raised this issue to them multiple times and they don’t care!!! The owners need to really re-evaluate their mission here. Dublin is a smaller town that values local business. This is blatant disrespect and I will continue to tell friends and family to avoid this location. Mwah
Just stopped at this Dunkin Donuts for a cup of decaf coffee while traveling. 4 people working behind the counter and finally 1 came over to the register and barely spoke. I asked if there was decaf ready. She cut her eyes toward the coffee and said yeah. I then asked if it’s fresh. Again the answer was a quiet yeah. I ordered a medium decaf with cream and please don’t add a lot of cream. She walks over and puts in a generous amount of cream and then adds coffee. She hands me the coffee without speaking. I take off the lid and see there is a lot of cream. I take a sip and ask her to add more coffee. The coffee was flavorless and lukewarm at best. I said the coffee isn’t hot has it been sitting a while? Keep in mind I first asked if the decaf was fresh before I ordered. Had the answer been an honest No I would have just gotten some water. She then said well I can make more. I said we are traveling and can’t wait. I then walked out and will not be back. After reading the other reviews about this location, it seems negative reviews don’t get addressed . That is a shame. I would like to have given this location a 0.

My favorite Dunkin by far! I'm always greeted with a big smile. My go to drink is the frozen chocolate and it is PERFECTLY made the way I like it every single time! I can't say enough about this location! I'll keep coming back for sure!
I very rarely leave reviews on restaurants but this was actually the words experience I have ever had. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and ended up getting wheat bread due to no croissants “being ready”. I wait 5 min for her card machine to work, and 10 min for sand-which with wheat bread and soggy hash browns. I ask for mayo because I usually add mayo to try and make a freezer burnt mediocre sandwich taste a little better but they were out of mayonnaise because “they won’t let me order anymore” said the lady… I took my dad here because we saw a commercial on tv and thought the breakfast looked pretty good and I had to apologize to him for taking him there… I actually think the people working there would understand this review :(

Ordered 3 plain croissants. Very old. Praying not to get sick. Bad buttery smell, dry, old, old butter. How can you sell old food in a food place? Ask the employees to eat the croissant in front of you next time. Couldn't find Keisha Ford', the owner, contact either. Does she know what her employees are doing?

Corporate refused to put advertisements on Rumble (alternative to YouTube) because they claim "the right wing culture of the site is too polarizing". That "right wing culture" are video creators that are fed up with being harassed by YouTube for simply speaking the truth and letting the viewers decide if the content is good or not. If you got a problem with free speech and the truth then I got a problem with doing business with you.

I recently visited this Dunkin, and my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from the staff. They seemed annoyed by my presence and were unprofessional in their demeanor.
The most frustrating part of my visit was when I attempted to throw away some trash. I was curtly told by an employee that I could not use their trash can. When I asked why, the employee's attitude became even more abrasive, making me feel unwelcome and disrespected.
Overall, the unprofessional conduct and lack of basic customer service at this restaurant left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
