I ordered a matcha plain with almond milk and was given something with cinnamon and a bunch of weird flavoring in it. I asked for it to get fixed and the woman behind the counter with 2 nose piercings was super rude and wouldn’t fix it. Have never been treated like this at a Dunkin’ Donuts, wouldn’t go back.

The staff is usually on point. But our visit yesterday was not good. The staff overcharged us and when I asked about the price difference. The staff member looked at the receipt and then walked away without a word. Another staff member walked up and asked if we would like to order and shecwas able to fix the overcharge. We got our order and the muffin was hard,there were 5 hashbrowns in the bag that was less than a third full. The coffee was undrinkable. To say this visit was a disappointment is an understatement.

No one would answer the drive-through speaker. I pulled to the first window. The guy looked at me and then backed around the corner to hide. I pulled to the last window and no one would come to that one either. Then I went inside, and everyone ignored me and the other customers, including the two people were in the drive-through headsets.

Everytime I do a online order it's never right ,the last 2 times I took pics but I guess it's my fault because i don't check my food until I'm back in my semi on the interstate

Absolutely ridiculous. Why accept mobile orders if nothing is done 10 minutes later when I arrive, no customers are there, and it still takes an additional 20 minutes to get our order. They kept trying to send me away without even giving me anything. If I hadn't already paid through the app, I wouldn't have stayed. This place is a complete circus. Go to the one by home depot.

Will adjust if my third visit is better. I’ll wait a month and return. Second visit here this month, first visit, I said I wouldn’t go back due to staff and the uncertainty of cleanliness. Today, I returned, the staff member with very long dark curly hair was rude and her hair was falling into the ice and cups as she was working. She needs some education on sanitation and customer service. The lady with short hair was helpful. And finally, I recommend the Dunkin by Home Depot. The one by the interstate needs attention to a few things.

It is so weird how the clerks in the drive-through expect you to know that the first window is the only opera window when most restaurants have two windows that are not marked or anything. It’s have a customer pull the second one for reception of order after payment this Dunkin’ Donuts does not have any markings any paper any labels to let a customer know that they have to pull to the next window and has an out of town or they just expected me to know that and I waited at the second window for a longer period of time without being notified that my order will be received at the first window When I address this they said we never told you to leave as if I was supposed to already know again no signage no information. No nothing took my order. Took my money but nothing else.

Makes you wonder if the franchise owners actually read these reviews or even care? 3 workers yapping, texting or tik toking the day away, on their phones the whole time, no hello, no thank you, nothing. Didnt even look up when I walked in. It really was like that scene from planes trains automobiles at the car rental counter, however I kept my cool and sucked it up until they finally acknowledged my arrival, grunted the least amount of words and energy they could muster to complete my order and got back to their social time . It does make you wonder why they bother going to work if they hate their jobs so much. Gets better (I mean worse), no gloves, stale donuts, filthy toilets, and even the coffee was foul. Also, my 9 year old son asked the woman a question about a donut flavor and she completely ignored him. What a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor, go to the pilot next door, I wish I did

I ordered a mobile order at 12:45, walked in to use the bathroom, and everyone is on their cell phone- no greeting. I go to the bathroom, it's disgusting! Out of the bathroom, I expected my order to be ready because they were not busy. I didn't get my order until 12:59. And I only ordered a sandwich and an iced cofee. Terrible.
