I get 30 minutes for lunch and a many times I have gone through the drive thru to find out that they are not preparing food. Today, they were cleaning thier ovens at lunch time! I asked for thier corporate number or the owners number and Noone knows it. Hope the place doesn't burn down, they would not know how to get in touch with anyone. I guess I will go extremely hungry as I don't have time to go anywhere else now.

Great staff. Great location, by the Home Depot! Refresher and coffee is always great. Ice cream and donuts are fresh. Recommend this location 100x over the one on 411. They need some help at that locations, the staff at this location maybe could help them out. Greatly appreciate that we have one great Dunkin’ in Dublin!

horrible customer service, they were out of 4 different things I tried to order and when I ordered a smoothie they said they were out of ice. the lady was very cold and unfriendly and all the ice cream looked melted and refrozen. never going back TRAIN YOUR STAFF!

This dunkin used to be pretty decent. But for months now it has gone downhill. Food is not served fresh and hot. The debit card machine is down last week and this week they were not serving food. Wouldn't so much mind but I miss lunch because I only get 30 minutes. And, by the time you dive there and find out they are not running as they should, I don't have time to elsewhere. Got me twice now. Two weeks in a row. Won't be going back.

Service was awful. I will never go back to that location again. Service yelled , screamed and walked away refusing to finish my order because I asked her twice was she ready to finish with my order of donuts. I could not tell if she was waiting on me because she was standing to the side and had the headset on never facing me.GO to the other location in Dublin, hopefully it will have better service!

This store needs a serious overhaul. They don’t have half the things when you order, staff has attitude, and when I pay for a drink, I expect to it to be made decent.

This morning I ordered the chicken croissant and a black coffee. While in line the 3 customers in front of me all had their orders messed up then when I wait 15 minutes to find out they didnt even begin making my food due to the ticket not being given to the girl working on food.. it was pretty irritating.. however whe I received my food I was extremely irritated (see pics) the croissant was greasier than Sheriff LARRY DEAN and squished flatter than than his wife's ass. The bacon was burnt and some was under cooked. It was completely soggy. Dont order food from here, hell they mess up drinks badly too. Owners need to pay attention more to this location.

Bad DD. I ordered two ice cream shakes, and they were nothing but ice and milk. I went back and asked them to make me a new one, but it was just as bad as the first. I don't know if the staff doesn't know how to make a shake or if the owners are being cheap and only allowing half a scoop of ice cream. This is truly the worst shake I have ever had.
