I get 30 minutes for lunch and a many times I have gone through the drive thru to find out that they are not preparing food. Today, they were cleaning thier ovens at lunch time! I asked for thier corporate number or the owners number and Noone knows it. Hope the place doesn't burn down, they would not know how to get in touch with anyone. I guess I will go extremely hungry as I don't have time to go anywhere else now.

Super rude order taker, no greeting, no thank you, no personality, no manners. Ordered 2 coffees and asked for decaf, twice they gave the wrong order and I pulled away with the wrong order. I didn’t get a receipt and she gave me an excuse saying there’s no paper in the register so I could leave a review for whoever is reading it. Hair flying everywhere, no uniform and just out right messy. I will never return to this location. They made me pull up to the second window and waited there as long as I waited for them to take my order. Super disorganized and rude. What a turn off. 10/23/25 around 4:30pm. Nasty service.

Cashier very pleasant and efficient but whomever made my medium coffee with 2 cream & 1 Splenda put so much artificial sweeteners in it is undrinkable…came home & mixed with 3 cups black coffee and still nasty sweet!!! Advice: put your own sweetener in your coffee!!

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a bagel with EXTRA CREAM CHEESE because the first time it barely had any and every time it’s the same result. So I need to say extra extra cream cheese? Why are you so stingy? Charge me for extra cream cheese and not give me it. You guys are the worst!
