I placed my order on the app. When I arrived all they had for me was my drink. They did not make my sub because there was an apparent glitch with the app. The facility is in need of an upgrade remodel and the staff needs to be replaced or retrained. When I explained about my order, it was like they didn't know what to do and now they were going out of their way to help me. I do NOT recommend this store.

This location is excellent. Food is always on point. They always greet you when you come in. I do mobile orders alot and they are always ready when I get there even if I come in a little early. They are very attentive. I know this may sound like a nit picky, small thing but the other day I did a mobile order and wasn't sure if I was supposed to just grab a cup with my order ornif I needed to ask for one. They noticed I was looking a little confused and asked if I had any questions. Sometimes people will wait until you come to them even if they see you looking confused--- like they don't want to be bothered. Not this team. Every single person I have come in contact with there has been friendly and have great customer service skills. :)
