Gas station is called friendly gus yet none of the employees are friendly. Not even close. All 3 of them working had a total lack of care. ID even say they were rude. Also the girl serving food robbed me on the chicken fingers. The food itself was decent but the rude staff and expensive price made it a terrible experience. Disappointed

Stopped by there today for the first time to use the restroom and grab some food for lunch. This Store is very clean and well kept. The restrooms were very clean and up to date. It has to be a newly built store.There's plenty of parking anywhere at this place. It's really roomy inside and out.The food is reasonably priced and the flavor was the best. I had the Salisbury Steak plate with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Mac and Cheese, Greens, and a piece of Cornbread. WOW, the Flavor was excellent ?. The Mac and Cheese were Cheesey out of this World, The Greens were Top Notch, The Salisbury Steak was Tender and Full of Flavor, and the Cornbread was the Best Cornbread I've ever had. Even better than my Wife's, Don't tell her that, tho.For Truck Stop Food, it was like dining in a 5 Star Restaurant.We were Very Satisfied with our time spent there and Yes, we will be telling everybody about our experience there.Thanks Friendly Gus, Keep Up the Amazing Work and We'll See You Guys Again Soon.

Certainly not friendly. This place should be called Unfriendly Gus. Rude, not speak at all last trip our 3rd time, same. Especially if you’re a white person. Yeah noticed the difference…Sad. We’ll take ourselves on down I-16 to another place for gas & food.

Management don't seem to care about parking. Lot is full of abandon trucks and trailers. Many of which don't even have plates and haven't moved in weeks.
Super nice people!! Mudflap location as well! Food was all homemade and tasty !! The pork chop was where is was at for me! Plenty of truck parking. Quiet location.

From Savannah to Atlanta, this is halfway and it's awesome. Right off l16, it's clean and has every single variety of pork skins you could ever think of. It has fantastic fried chicken and the nicest ladies. Friendly Gus is for us!! ?

1st time stopping here. Got fuel, parked and got supper! 2 GREAT MEALS for my Wife and I!!! Staff is just the BEST. Driving over the road isn’t what it use to be but finding a Truck Stop like this is Definitely a Blessing! Thank You!

I absolutely love coming here when i am on I 16. The staff is usually great, but tonight they have attitude 12/12/22. Initially started off great got my shower got out i was going to purchase 2 items. Then i was waiting and they said systems are down. Alright cool. They informed me i could pay in cash. Alright cool. Informed them i didnt have cash then they said i dont care what you have snickered and 2 others agreed. Put the items back and went to my truck. Instead of the attitude they shouldve gave an estimated time on the systems coming back up. I will be back and when i do i will edit this comment.

Go to the old one on the other side of the interstate. I went in to get a plate which is a meat and two sides. Came out with a meat and a side, because she assumed I was done ordering and handed me a unfinished order with just hamburger steak and rice. That and two 1 liters sodas was 16 bucks. I will never go to the new one, and if the same people are working at the old one. I'll leave. Been a customer for years, it's a shame.
