There was a girl at the counter on Christmas that was very helpful with my order she even check to make sure my items are correct and made sure I had extra chopsticks I gave her a personal tip to keep for herself because she was very kind

The man at the counter could not locate my order I placed 4 hours ahead of time to be ready by the time I got there. Despite having an order number & receipt. Then gave me an estimated standard 15-20 min wait for order to be made. Which also was false as it took much longer. Why allow in advance ordering to not even check future orders? And to top it off he was rude about it all? Like I !? Was the inconvenience in this transaction.. no oh I’m so sorry for the mistake, mishap, miscommunication who know what happened- No let me get you a compensation fountain drink or extra egg roll for your wait no nothing except a take it or leave it attitude… and I’m pretty sure they’re gonna do something to my food for being upset after a long day at work myself & now faced with an almost 30min wait time & feeling like I’m bothering them at their job. I get things happen, but I also work in the customer service industry and I know when things go awry that there are ways to turn it into a positive experience still and this guy…. Should not be allowed to interact with customers. He claims he IS the manager or a form of management? But I can’t believe that.. he was too rude and blasé about it all. I don’t recommend this location and I definitely will not want to return either after this experience.

I am very disappointed in the many changes that the restaurant has made
They upgraded the dining area, but they raised the prices and changed the meal options to pay for it.
I have been a regular customer for many years, but I actually walked out of the restaurant on my last visit.
I don't care about all the fancy upgrades to the dining area, I don't care about the new plates and dinner wear, I care about getting the value of my dollar for my meal, and I am really upset that they have made the meal combo options SMALLER and actually have the gall to charge more while giving you less. Not cool HONG KONG, Not cool!
Thanks for charging the customer for your redesign. Totally NOT COOL! I will be checking out my other options in the area.

Something odd has happened to the food preparation lately. It's not bad, it's just not Chinese style. Sesame oil, five spice, ginger, Asian pepper are all absent. Sadly going to change take out restaurants after many years of Hong Kong happiness.

Not sure whats up with the bad reviews lately this is the best china food in dublin. ok price very good quality typically. once out of like 7 times going here did the food taste not fresh. all in all its a pretty good place much better than china garden
