Johnny's New York Style Pizza

This was a FANTASTIC place to accidentally find! We stopped at another store in the Strip Mall and decided to eat here and WOW!!! We are SO glad we did! The atmosphere was wonderful, food was delicious and our service was fun and kind 😇. Will Definitely come back again and recommend anyone in the area stop in too!

The atmosphere is dark and dingy looking. We got our drinks quickly. After taking our order of 2 appetizers and a pizza, we finally got our first app of mozzarella sticks about 20 minutes later, they were at room temp. 15 minutes later we finally got our cheese bread. They were still a little doughy. We ate both apps cause we were starving. The pizza finally made it to the table and we each had 1 slice. No seasoning at all. Pizza was not sliced completely, tomato’s not ripe. I will say the waitress or owner cancelled our bill. I stated that this establishment does not compare to the one in Warner Robins. I thank the waitress/owner for cancelling the bill.

First let me start of by saying I really like Johnnys , we do not live in Dublin, so whenever visiting family we love to stop in.

Fast forward to today… I called yesterday to place an order for a pan of chicken Alfredo to feed our family because we all were gathering due to my mother being In the hospital. Upon arriving we sat , and I told the server that we had an order of chicken Alfredo and we would like to sit and eat it along with ordering a few more items. She arrived back at the table to tell us we are not allowed to eat it there because the order is supposed to be for “to go”, they do not allow catering orders to be eaten in the restaurant and the pan is EXTREMELY HOT .
Because of how much she info sized how HOT it is and they didn’t want anyone to burn themselves on the pan, I said okay we will just take it to go. When my husband picked up the pan and got into the car he sat it on his lap, the pan was DEFINITELY NOT AS HOT AS WE WERE TOLD! We drove only 7 minutes from the restaurant back to the hotel for all of us to eat and pasta was NICE AND WARM DEFINITELY NOT SO HOT YOU COULD BURN YOURSELF! Many noodles were undercooked and pan was not as full as previous pans we have ordered in the past! This experience was disappointing to be honest I don’t think I’d even return.

my very first time visiting Johnnys was in the spring. Our whole family came and sat in to eat pizza and wings, server was very kind and food was delicious. 2nd time was when our family was having a big birthday and I suggested for my mother to use johnnys for the catering of the pasta , which she did. Pasta was ready at pick up , pans were very full and was tasty. For the owners to know us as reoccurring customers and be treated poorly was saddening.

Nothing like a good pizza pie.... If you want a good pizza? You got to give this place a try ..

The gluten free pizza was amazing. This was some of the best food we have had. My boyfriend isn't a big fan of Italian food but he has already asked when are we going back.

My family LOVES eating here when we come to Dublin. Food & service is always amazing!! The manager ( I think his name is Gerry) brought my girls dough to play with while we waited on our food & that kept them occupied- they loved it! Overall AMAZING

I’ve been coming here forever. The food is great and the service is great. Everyone is extremely kind and always helpful. I’ve sat down to eat and also ordered it on phone and online lots of times but no matter how I go about ordering the food is always spot on. The Quattro formaggi NY pizza is probably my favorite though. It’s the closest thing you can get to NYC pizza around here.

Pizza was so fresh and tasty. The server was good and hospitable. They do need a vent to send the smoke out. It was smoky inside. Caused our eyes to burn. But overall, it was good for the graduation party.

First I called in my order when I picked it up I trusted it would be right I drove 15 miles to my home when I realized my wife's order didn't have the grilled chicken added to her order and there was no salad also my order was scorched on top. I called and talked to someone and they said they would make it right .
A couple of weeks later I went back and they fixed my wife's order again at no charge again I trusted it to be right I got home and my wife started eating her food and asked me did I forget to get the chicken added to her order I looked through her food and found only a couple of tiny pieces of something I suppose was chicken.
Not bothering with spending money at this place again.

Delicious
