My wife and I ordered the exact same thing with the only exception she got Diet Pepsi and I got regular. We both ordered 3 piece meals. When we got home we both had exactly the same thing except we were charged for 3 pieces and only had 1 piece each. Also, both of our drinks were diet. If we had t been charged for 3 pieces each it wouldn’t have been so bad but after spending over $20.00 and just getting 1 piece of chicken each, inexcusable. If you're going to KFC for their customer service you were oddly mistaken. When I pulled up to the drive-thru I was the only car in line other than the two in front of me waiting for their food. I sat at the drive-thru at least a solid 2 minutes before they took my order. Whoever was taking orders was very friendly but when I pulled up to the window to pay for my food the attendant at the window was eating in front of me.
