Does all dark sound anything like all white?? I am starting to think they screw up orders on purpose. For what reason, I dont know. Its not like the workers here have job prospects beyond food service. If they cannot succeed where the bare minimum is acceptable, where do they go next??!! Prices go higher while customers get even worse product and service. I say bring on automation. Cannot get any worse!

We all know fast food anywhere can be hit or miss. This was honestly the best KFC we've been to. The chicken so hot and fresh and the sides were hot. They had the hot sauce and honey on the tray and came to bring us the food.

I definitely had faster food at Texas Roadhouse on packed day. Not only did they over charge me but they also charged me for drinks that they didn’t even have available. Not to mention they didn’t even give me my kids food. When I asked for a refund they said they had to call the manager because she was not at work. They called her three times and still no answer. Also they don’t even have there health rating posted. It’s just a blank paper taped to the window. ??Definitely the worst service I have ever experienced to date. As of July 21st 2024 I will never go to this KFC again and I recommend you don’t either.

Arrived to see group arguing about their orders and going through each of their bags. Initially thought the customers were the problem. Finally get my order put in. Three breasts extra crispy and mashed potatoes. Far from a complicated order. Was told I had to wait for it to cook. After about 15 minutes I asked where my food was. Again I verified what I had ordered. After another wait I again go up to the counter. I was told I was waiting on fries. After again telling them my original order, I got my food and drove home. I should have did what the people ahead of me did. I had three thighs and no breasts. Pitiful. I will never go back.
KFC L940022 (ticket#3020) are the most professional I’ve seen and have had the pleasure of dining with since post Covid, I was actually afraid to come back to another eatery due to past experiences, the team at this location actually works as a team, I’m so proud of them and kfc, the food was also good while the atmosphere was beautiful ( from a professional and beautiful team ) I would love to stop back here any day, I’m also proud of the multicultural environment

We ordered through the drive thru- no napkins, no forks, no condiments. The drink machine is not mixing correctly. And it took about 25 minutes to get our fast food.
