This was some of the best chicken ever in the area and it has steadily declined since they brought it in it's been a few months since the last time I had it as I was rather disappointed the last time, but I decided to give them another chance, and it was convenient for what I had to do today the chicken was absolutely horrible and cold. There was no white meat available, and the biscuit was quite literally hard enough to crumble into dust, I also got a side order of jambalaya, and the sausage was all shriveled up and dried out and the rice seemed like it had been sitting around all day. I will also add that I went in at lunchtime when everything should be fresh. Needless to say, I will not be returning here for Chicken. It's a shame because this literally was the best fried chicken anywhere around here when they first got it it seems they just don't care anymore

Stopped her to use the restroom and I saw the chicken. I was just going to ignore and not try it but it was calling me. The fried chicken was awesome. It had a nice spice to it, it was crispy, juicy and was a quality piece of chicken. It was $6 for two thighs which I thought was very fair. I will definitely come back to eat again. I highly recommend this place especially early in the day.

None of the chicken was fresh (hot lamp dry was not juicy) and they didn't have any alternative items (potatoes, fries, etc). What a waste of time. I guess the only thing that got going is the gas.

As someone here noted "Who gets' chicken from a gas station?" Apparently my neighbors, people I met at Fry's grocery store and my church members do. And now I do! Saw this place mentioned multiple times on Nextdoor as having great chicken, full of flavor with a crunchy, or should I now say Krunchy cajun seasoned batter. I had two doctor appointments today causing me to pass this place three times. The name on the red barn sign just kept calling my name. My first thought was I am driving an electric car so I have no reason to go to a gas station. My stomach thought differently, so in I went to get some chicken. The gas station is one of those quick mart type businesses with people in line waiting to buy gas, soda, beer, lotto tickets and of all things - fresh chicken, fish, shrimp, cracklin's and all the fixin's! I pressed my face as close as I could to the glass but without actually touching it and saw the most delectable mouthwatering chicken ever. Actually put my love of Popeye's in question, but I hadn't tasted it yet. Not noticing a place to sit, I ordered my food, stood in line, paid and bee lined it for Limewood Drive where I knew I had a place to spread out. The crispiness of the outside of the breasts I ordered, coupled with their barbeque sauce on the side took me over the edge. I devoured the Krunchy goodness until full. No need to travel the extra distance to Popeye's, Raising Canes or Chick-Fil-A ever again! Their prices are lower, the food is more fresh and the quality is exemplary. Thank you for the peeps who shared this location with me. Gas station or not, nice job!!!

We have unable to try KKC, due to limited hours of operations and availability. The 12th and Missouri location had three legs left when I stopped by. We may try the Tempe location inside Arizona Sandwich Company.

Customer service was s**** The only person there was on the phone the whole time. No fish, no shrimp, no biscuits and the chicken was cold.

Gas station chicken? I know it sounds crazy, but it's really good. The tenders and boned chicken are great--they have a bit of a peppery spice. The mashed potatoes and gravy are good, but the red beans and rice are to die for. I dont eat beef/pork, and they are vegan, which is perfect. The store itself is really clean too. Friendly people.

So much better than Chick Fil A or Raising Cane's! I wouldn't have believed it, but finally tried this place on the recommendation of a friend. The biscuits were outstanding too. I could have eaten like twenty of them. I just wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often!

Why is this the best chicken I have ever had? Move over Chik-Fil- A and your classy, classy restaurant, it is THIS exact gas station chicken for me from here on out. The flavor, the crisp, the customer service is out of this world. I found myself looking lovingly at my chicken strip and saying " where have you been all of my life ?" You better go here and try it for yourself . The bonus is you can get the exact drink you want, and fill up with a full tank of gas.

I just stopped for chicken at this convenient gas station and store. They make in house a delicious Louisiana style crispy fried, brand name, " Krispy Krunchy". I got both bone in 8 piece And some strips. Tender juicy and just right on the crunch and the bite. They offer several sides including potato wedges red beans and rice. All delicious. I will be back

This is some extremely good chicken to say the least. Would have never imagined that a spot normally seen at gas stations would hit me like this.....12 legs please.

Wings are great. Two were definitely filling. Fries on the other hand are disappointing: cold and soggy. Not a biscuit person but it's pretty crunchy. $5.39 total.
