Terrible. You wait in line forever even though there is NEVER anyone else in line. The store always looks closed because there is no customers but yet it takes so long to get food. I don't like it. It is not like other Krystal restaurants. This location is a waste.

My biggest problem is consistency. I go in the evening, and it's a 50/50 shot of the sliders being soggy and not nearly hot enough, or being perfect. I've never had a problem with their chili cheese pups though. I'm happy we have a Krystals, but I wish every time I went it was amazing. Much like alot of fast food in town rather than on the interstate, it really varies in quality wildly every time you go. I will admit, you can get in and out easily, but it's because it's always dead.
