Update: 03/26/2024"Open late, because hunger doesn't have a bedtime?" Yet you turn off lights and lock doors at 7:41p. Worst restaurant in town hands down. Does owner and management dislike money? I'm afraid Steak n Shake 2.0 has firmly arrived. The food was at least a 5 out of 10.Old:8:23p on a Wednesday night you have the dining room door locked. It takes me grabbing the door for a girl standing three feet from it to come to it to tell me, “we closed the dining room at 8 tonight.” The same door says 10p. Another guy just “chillin” on one of the booths doing nothing. 4 or 5 people in the back acting a fool. Really wanted this place to last, but unless service changes it won’t be here in a year. Stop using Covid as an excuse to close or open when you please. Don’t want this to be Steak ‘n Shake 2.0. I really really want this place to last. Hire people that want to work and FIRE people who don’t. If you can’t find people, incentivize.

We went thru the drive thru and our order was taken by a really sweet emoloyee.. food was terrific.. I like Krystal food anyway but this was by far the best food we have ever got from Krystal.. yummyParking: Nice big parking lot. Well lit and cleanWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

On weekends, I get my Sis from her assisted living place and travel from Eastman to Dublin just for Krystals. We sit in the parking lot, watch the cars and enjoy our meals. We love the food and the staff is always so wonderful.

We enjoyed our meal at Krystal. It was late in the afternoon and they were not busy. The place was clean except for a few tables. Bathroom was ok. We had 2 senior meals. What a deal.
