The fillet mignon was amazing. So soft and delicious. Chef was humorous and friendly

We used to love this place! Lately, the service has been a little off but the food is still good on the hibachi side. We’re really missing the “old soup” before it became clear…

Today We ordered the teriyaki chicken hibachi with fried rice for lunch, but got it as takeout. It was $26 for one plate. No soup or salad. The chicken was chewy and bland, and the rice tastes like it’s a day old. No seasoning no egg no veggies just rice that’s slightly beige in color. Huge waste of money and HUGE disappointment. I’m not giving up on them yet, but it’s gotta be better! 😭

Great place to go and eat. We had the chef cook right in front of us and the prices were reasonable for the amount of food given. I am used to Kobi Japanese Steakhouse and this is very similar. While Kobi gives you Noodles along with the same kind of food, (Kobi also has a much better show as well), Little Tokyo saves you money as they are not as expensive as Kobi. The service was good here as well. They also have really good Sushi according to my sister.

The restaurant atmosphere was really nice. Once we finally got our food the food was good. But it took them like 45 minutes to make some sushi rolls it was just ridiculous.

I just left this place and I am beyond disappointed. I drove 40 minutes out here for nothing. I came in excited, but I left extremely upset. My boyfriend and I were seated, and instead of showing basic customer care and telling us there would be a wait since they only had two chefs, they let us sit there for 45 minutes with nobody checking on us. I had to finally speak up myself.

I am highly mad and feel like my time was completely wasted. What made me even angrier was that they still tried to serve us without offering any type of real accommodation. All we got were empty “sorrys,” which honestly meant nothing. With this kind of service, the bill should’ve been waived. This was a complete waste of time, and I will never be coming back.

Well they did it again. Wife and I decide to go for dinner. Have to wait. No problem. We sit waiting along with several other couples in front of us. Waiting at least 15 minutes again no problem. In cones a group of 8 they are seated ahead of all us. No system to sit you just whoever I guess. The food is always good but this is bs so be awoke before we try it again

I ordered a couple of appetizers, including the salmon tataki. I've only seen tuna tataki available at most places, so I wanted to try it. Delicious. No mackerel or baby octopus, which are 2 of my favs, but I knew that before I came here. I tried the black dragon roll pictured, really good too! I wasn't expecting much from this little place, but they surprised me. Everything was excellent, even the service!

Edit: I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I originally paid and went to my vehicle, but after deliberating, I decided to let management know I did not enjoy my $50 meal. The manager refunded me for one of the rolls. After all I ate them (after picking the cheese off). This was a step in the direction of satisfying the customer.

My sushi rolls had WAY TOO MUCH cream cheese. I'm talking an overpowering amount of cream cheese. The rolls were not enjoyable due to the amount of cream cheese. Please tell you're sushi guy to go easy with the cream cheese. Also, while the amount of fish was satisfactory, please consider making the rolls slightly smaller and not the size of a hockey puck so I can fit them in my mouth. Dude's over here making sushi burritos.

The whole experience was great. Considering we’re in Ga and eating Japanese food. The preparation and flavors were good. The atmosphere good. We’ll make future visits when we’re in the area.

The hibachi shrimp with fried rice and veggies is "off the chain" good!!

The food was fantastic. Although it was getting harder and harder to convince my wife to dine in here in the past because the service had declined but the new server did a fantastic job. I want to thank Janie for going above and beyond to ensure that our dinner experience was exceptional. Her sincere welcome and excellent service made all the difference.

The new shishito pepper appetizer was on point with balanced charred, sweet, and salty flavors. Go crush a bowl of them solo or with friends! Grab some hot saki and a few sushi rolls while you’re here.

Not the absolute best sushi in Middle Georgia but it's pretty good. So far ahead of what you can get at Little Tokyo in other locations. Idk if it's the chef or management, but this location has been my favorite since I found it. Of Little Tokyo locations I mean.

The servers are all great. But ask for "Gabby P" specifically. She can tell you everything about the menu and is a lifelong sushi lover.

Tell her Bop Bop sent ya!

Great food, fantastic atmosphere, service was lacking. Had to go to the counter to ask for a refill. Server took orders and left…
