No offense, but the website is so irritating to navigate, both in regards to ordering as well as navigating the customer service portion.. so.. pass. But also, it's just the GM and his management style. He's a decent kid, just... A kid. And the wage disparity there should honestly be investigated. People working there for years still making 7 and 8 dollars and he'd hire, let's say, a more "light" pigmented person and start them out at 12/13$.Fortunately for him and unfortunately for the business, all of the people that genuinely cared about and gave passion to the job have all gotten fed up in one instance or another and quit on him.The store is actually disgusting and gone so downhill as well. It's a shame. I really enjoyed the service and food and also working there for the time I did. Vegetarian options: They have a gluten free crust and one garden style pizza. The kitchen does not prepare them seperately or differently.

Online order, got a pizza that wasn't cut, swimming grease. Cheese bread also wasn't cut, burnt on bottom as pictured. 5 sauces , no where to be found.Spent 25 bucks, sure won't again.

Placed order on line,never got notification that pizza was ready,just happen to go by,got home pizza was ice cold,all the toppings was in middle of pizza,half the dough was still raw in places, called and was put on hold for nobody to come back to

Had a pick-up order. When I arrived I was informed one of the pizzas had to be re-made, it would take 5 more minutes. Get home and everything looks fine, but the sauces that were on our order are nowhere to be found. Nothing to dip the cheesy bread into, nothing to dip the pizzas in. The food itself was mediocre. If there is a next time I'll have to make sure to check for sauces before I leave.

I love Marcos pizza. I have ordered twice for this location. When I order I ask for extra sauce on pizza and they don't do it. I hate a dry pizza. It's my only complaint. Please follow order instructions.
