An hour to be told they don’t have sweet tea but magically came up with “sweet tea” that was disgusting it was unsweet tea with some vanilla sweetener added and when I took my sandwich they messed up they just removed the extra and added sauce to cover it up but they took my sandwich back and was touching all over it with bare hands that weren’t washed and she was playing with her hair just seconds before taking it and breathing on it so I took it back when I realized what they done and had a major attitude about having to remake it because I don’t want something someone had their dirty hands on and the manager on duty refused to come to the front to talk to me about the situation absolutely do not recommend this location unless you want food made by folks that don’t take food safety seriously

The whole staff has attitude and clearly doesn't care about quality. The bathroom had no soap and no one was even willing to refill it when asked. I also placed an online order for pickup and have been waiting 20 mins till I had to go inside and ask.

Service is terrible every time I go through there it takes hour before I get anywhere or they get there food wrong corporate needs to straighten it out because it's starting to tick people off

Well, first thing. You order meals that are supposed to have bacon, long and behold, no bacon . Nuggets weren't fully cooked , and neither were the fries .
Go up and let management know, and instead of preparing everything new, they open up the burgers to check that they didn't put bacon on . It's clearly printed on the labels they put on the boxes . And on receipt. They used their fingers with no gloves to check and feel the Nuggets and fries . Then hand your order back to you and do nothing.
Guess you don't need a high school diploma to work there , but yet they want 15.00 or more per hour pay . Smh
Plus, my wife got sick after eating their and has been throwing up all afternoon

Order from here all the time. Let me tell you, I have to go in and buy sauces because they NEVER give sauce. I’m writing this now, because for the 5th time IN A ROW, we received no straws, no napkins, no sauce.
If this isn’t just going into the internet void, PLEASE Mc.Donalds 😭 just give me sauce for my damned nuggets!
