The computerized order board is so unnecessary when you have 3 staff members just standing around behind the cash register. Actually watched customers just walk out before being asked if they needed any help. I ordered two BLACK COFFEES, wait time....8 minutes. There was 1 car in the drive thru and 2 people waiting at the counter. Really only stopped because the wife needed a restroom break.

I had a very disappointing first day at McDonald's due to the way I was treated by the general manager, Mrs. Terrisa. Despite adhering to the dress code, she sent me home while allowing several other employees who were also out of dress code to stay on shift. This inconsistency made me feel uncomfortable and singled out, as it seemed my dismissal was based on personal issues rather than actual dress code violations. I believe such behavior is unprofessional and warrants attention. I hope to see improvements in how management handles these situations in the future.

Customer service was on point. I would like to see a higher Dept. of Public Health Score, but there aren't many options on I-16. Still confused how McDonalds doesn't have a grilled chicken option.
