Our order was placed on the app for counter pickup and dined inside. When using the app, you have access to deals, rewards, full access to the menu and easy customizations. Although we did show up right after they were switching from breakfast to lunch and a very large school order was placed before us. It took some time to receive our order but the manager was very apologetic and compensated us with an apple pie for our time. The food was hot and fresh, dining room was clean and the customer service was excellent.

Tell me again why I put the number tent on my table that says "place on your table and we'll bring your food to you". They do no such thing. I dont mind going up to get it, but don't tell me you're going to bring it if you aren't. And since part of the cost is for that service, why am I being charged for a service I'm not receiving?

Best McDonalds I’ve been to in a long time. Food was normal McDonald’s food, but the service was outstanding. Everyone was working hard and even the manager was helping serve food.

The Worst service. I originally ordered a biscuit and they rang me up for one, but as soon as I got to the window they told me they were out. After I received my OJ it tasted awful, like they just mixed it with water. I had to instead park and go inside to get a better OJ and my Mcgriddle. Also the person who took my order didn’t even let me know that she rang me up for my total.

This store is right off of I-16 in Dublin, GA. The staff are courteous and friendly. The wait was minimal, and the food was hot and tasty. The men's restroom was immaculate, and the current health score of 100 was clearly displayed for incoming customers. This store has four kiosks for ordering if the front counter is busy. Love this store! (And the ice cream machine was up and running as I saw a man come in to pick up his Oreo McFlurry!)

Today I went to breakfast and ordered a cappuccino and it was horrible cold and with an unpleasant taste, the worst of all is that they didn't want to fix it for me, they said that's how the coffee was cold and without a pleasant taste, and the people who were in other places tables said the same thing that the coffees were cold, I had to buy a juice and I lost my coffee and my money if you go don't try the horrible coffee I went on Sunday morning?
