They wouldn't deliver to me even though the address I gave them was in there service area
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered 2 pizzas, cheese sticks, and 2 extra dipping sauces through the app. About 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, the app suddenly showed that only the dipping sauces were ordered. I called the store, and they told me the issue was fixed and that everything would be ready on time.
When I arrived at 5:15—my scheduled pickup time—I paid for my order, only to be told it wasn’t ready and would be “a few minutes.” I ended up waiting about 20 minutes before they told me they couldn’t even find my order and needed another 10 minutes. When I returned after those 10 minutes, they said the order was “stuck on the line” and would take another 15 minutes.
By the time I finally received my food, I had been waiting for over an hour. The entire process was extremely unorganized, and the staff didn’t seem to know what was going on. This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience, and I definitely will not be returning.

We stopped at the halfway point on a road trip and got pizza, and ate it in the parking lot.
My wife ordered the food online when we were about 20 minutes out, so it was hot and ready when we got there.
We were hungry when we got there, and not hungry when we left, and the cost wasn't unreasonable.
The service was fantastic, because it was my wife handing me a slice of pizza on a paper towel, and there isn't a restaurant in the world with better service than that.

I had ordered 4 xlarge pizzas and they were all done in 12 minutes, pizzas were so HOT when I arrived, the gentleman happily carried them to my car, gave us extra plates and napkins, very kind . When ever I’m visiting Dublin again I know where I can get delicious papa Johns!

Placed an order for delivery less than half a mile away from this location I call after 15 minutes of it being late and ask them why it’s taking so long I guess they had an issue with their gps or something when I gave them the location they redelivered it to me but they didn’t deliver all my order and the order wasn’t correct it was poorly made and cold so I attempted to contact the store again with no answer so I do their survey explaining what happened and received a call the next morning from the manager and he told me he would look into what happened with the late delivery and take care of the cold pizzas by giving me credit towards another pizza so I thought that he would do so but I was wrong. So I got my food cold incorrect and missing items 30 minutes after the original delivery time and was given false promise about them correcting the issue

This Papa Johns has quite literally been the best! I have ordered multiple times and the manager, Matt, has always gone above and beyond to accommodate and make sure the customer is always happy and satisfied! The food has always been hot and delicious! I can't thank this location enough for such incredible service!

Papa John’s has always been my favorite pizza spot.
Only issues are the packets of seasonings they charge us for. EG. seasoning is .50cent Red pepper and cheese .10cent each.
In SC they are free. So why charge here in GA?

So mistakes happen.. my pizza was a pickup and when we got it home.. it had mushrooms, which I had asked they leave off. So, I called the restaurant and Matt said he would be happy to make me another one. I said I don't want to come back and he offered to deliver it. Which he did, promptly. That was above and beyond and I just wanted to say thanks for the service. He even refused a tip. Thanks for making my dinner!!

Former employee. The managers here treat their employees like trash. Very disrespectful attitudes including making up lies about you and sitting in the office on their phones but expecting you to be working. Constantly sending orders out to doordash drivers instead of the instore driver causing the instore driver to spend more time in the store waiting on a delivery than time on the road. The franchise owners are no better either because they sold my personal information to a company called perkspots discounts that sends me spam emails. They intentionally removed all the menus with any pricing on them so (in my opinion) they can charge different rates for different people. My first day on the job the store manager (Matt Hampton) charged a guy just over $50 for a single pizza because the customer called the store to order and when he realized the customer was drunk he took advantage of him.
