What a gem!! This stop was recommended by a friend, so we popped in and are so glad we did!! The service was A+, the food was outstanding and it's such a cozy place!! I can't say enough about the firecracker shrimp - mouthwatering!!! The cheeseburger was scrumptious and the onion rings were perfection. If you haven't been here, you need to give it a go...you will not regret it!!! Highly recommend!!!

We stopped here on our way to Alabama as we were starving and hadn’t eaten. I had a mushroom Swiss cheese burger. My husband had a ginger ale and a bacon cheddar cheese burger. I had sweet potato tots with mine.

The service we had with Heather was exceptional so much so we would stop here again someday.

What a great place to stop for a meal and a couple of beers if you're not driving. I was on a road trip passing through GA. I normally just stop in a truck stop and eat fast food. I decided to have a real meal instead and got off in Dublin on a random quest for a restaurant. I came across the Pickle Barrel Cafe. It's a really country style sports bar. I sat at the bar and socialized with the locals who were so cool. Jeni was the bartender and she was friendly and very attentive. She kept my glass full. She mixed some really nice looking cocktails for the others. The Philly cheese steak was delicious. Next time I'll tell them to toast the bun. I got an unseasoned kids burger to go. I gave that to my traveling pooch and ate the macaroni salad side, which was enjoyable. When I got there I had a mishap that required a band aid and the Manager was helpful. I'll be back. The road trip I was on I do 3 or 4 times a year.

What a great little pub! Plenty of tap beer. Diverse menu. Good food. I loved their fried pickle spears! A little bit of kick to them. My shrimp were perfect and the breaded fries are amazing! Friendly staff and music trivia.

Wonderful place, love to eat there. Didn't really get more than a hello from the server I sat without a drink refill for a while. But I understand they were busy. Very nice service.

It took a little over an hour to even get a table big enough to sit our group. This place needs a bigger restaurant with more tables for the amount of customers they have. This is not the first time this has happen. I ordered the islander wrap & it came out rolled up all sloppy. It was cold & the cheese on the inside wasn't even melted. Just a whole slice of cheese slapped in there. Not to mention the chicken had no flavor & was super dry. It also tasted like the grease was old or getting old from tasting the chicken strip. My husband has fries as his side & they came out not done. They were super soggy & soft. The only good thing we had food wise was our drinks & we had the fiecracker shrimp as an appetizer. However I did except a little spicy with that shrimp but it had no spice at all but was good regardless. The quality of the food is no where near what the price of the food cost. Oh & the only other good thing was our waitress & the hostess. Our waitress was very tentative & polite all night. I don't remember her name but she had black hair with green in it.

We were traveling back home and had the lovely pleasure stopping into Dublin Ga to find this gem! Food was absolutely amazing, their pickle shot even more fantastic but most of all Ms. Emmalee was a wonderful gift to our day making our daughter feel so special especially since my daughter insisted on being in her axolotl outfit and hat to eat 🤣 we absolutely loved this place and will be making a point to stop on the next trip we take, even considering taking a trip just to go back.
