I Left to swing by orileys to get a part because they said it would be 30 mins for 2 personal pan pizzas.I Called them while I was still in the parking lot to add 2 more. I was on hold for 15 mins. By the time I got back to the store they still hadn't picked up the phone. Said it would be 30 more minutes to add the other pizzas. Smh

An hour and 45 minutes to get a medium hand tossed meat lovers. They said they only have one oven. He came back and said it got burnt. His attitude was awful. The manager gave me two medium pizzas. I love Pizza Hut but I don’t see myself coming back to this one.

Only down side was like all the others they no longer have the pizza buffet bar. That was one of my favorite things. They do still have the dine in option. The cook they had that day made the pizza perfectly. One other downside is the cost of a 20 oz was as much as a two liter of soda from the grocery store.

We love Pizza Hut…and, Gwen, our favorite hostess/server! What a joy to walk through the door and be greeted by her! Tonight, I told her we’d have “the usual,” and she knew exactly what that was! She cares about her customers and it shows. And, by the way, the food was good, too!
She even walked over to our table several times to see how our food was and to socialize with us! What a wonderful, thoughtful, and caring young lady that she is! Doordash Gave my order to someone else. But Pizza Hut immediately replaced it and gave it priority.

I called in to order some food.I had asked the lady if one of the employees would deliver or Door Dash. I explained to her that the time door dash delivered it they had wanted me to pay them for the whole order plus a tip even though I had paid for the Pizza over the Phone. She told me that they turn the pizza over to Door Dash and they had to collect the money. I explained to her again that I had payed it over the phone. She said that that if I didnt want Door Dash to take it to me since the employee driver had two deleveries I could come and get it myself. I told her that I couldnt walk, and she said bye and hung up the phone. The lady was extremely Country sounding.
