Only down side was like all the others they no longer have the pizza buffet bar. That was one of my favorite things. They do still have the dine in option. The cook they had that day made the pizza perfectly. One other downside is the cost of a 20 oz was as much as a two liter of soda from the grocery store.

I called in to order some food.I had asked the lady if one of the employees would deliver or Door Dash. I explained to her that the time door dash delivered it they had wanted me to pay them for the whole order plus a tip even though I had paid for the Pizza over the Phone. She told me that they turn the pizza over to Door Dash and they had to collect the money. I explained to her again that I had payed it over the phone. She said that that if I didnt want Door Dash to take it to me since the employee driver had two deleveries I could come and get it myself. I told her that I couldnt walk, and she said bye and hung up the phone. The lady was extremely Country sounding.

I called back to the location. place me on hold for about 30 minutes and never came back to the phone. If I could give a zero rating that is just what it would be. Food was good,very old building. The lady who was working was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Candace, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had delicious pizzas and a great experience. Our previous pizzas at this location were poorly assembled and lacking in flavor. Once I told Candace about that, she took charge and made our pizzas herself this time. They were so flavorful & delicious. She has such a wonderful & positive attitude. Spectacular manager who handles her store & employees well! Needs a raise or promotion!

The delivery driver walked up,put our pizza on the steps, did not knock, left and we didn't get to eat our pizza because it was covered in ants.. we have this recorded on our door bell ringer camera.. 3rd time in a row we have had our order not right. I want our money refunded to my account and I'm done with pizza hut in Dublin, Ga!!
