This is the third time I have tried to give this restaurant a chance and they are just a disappointment. I’m not sure why they’re still open my first two chances I ordered some chicken. The chicken had an older like they all mopped water. The second time I ordered some chicken strips. The chicken strips tasted like it was undercooked now this third time at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, I’m sitting in drive-through watching one of the workers outside with the headphones set on having a conversation with someone, but no one took my order. I went to the door and the door was locked. Courtesy if the store was Closed then you could have said something this is the worst experience that I’ve had time after time.

If I could give 0 stars. This place is terrible all around. Never have chicken ready during lunch hours or any time of the day. Service is terrible. They only hire kids or adults with attitudes. The managers should be fired. This store is the worst Popeyes I've ever been in. If I was an owner I would teach all of my employees the importance of customer service. Nothing is good about this place. Just tear it down!!

I just left this place and they are so RUDE!! trying to place an order and being told they don’t have it cause they gotta cook it. When asked how long it will take to cook the order which is the new item Popeyes is promoting. The cashier caught an attitude and yelled 12 minutes! Just plain ignorance!

I have eaten Popeyes chicken for yrs in every state faithfully as a trucker. I must say this experience was extremely disappointing that was the most worst Popeyes chicken I have ever ate . No flavor, no seasoning half cook Popeyes chicken I ever ate. Someone needs to train and teach that crew how it's done. It was disgusting. I will never go there again. They need to take down that Popeyes Sign. SMH by the way in Dublin,ga off Hillcrest...

The only way this location could improve is if a grease fire were to burn it to the ground.
If I could give Zero stars I would. The costumer service was terrible. I had to go inside to get a 50cent refund because an employee rung me up for a Mac and cheese when I asked for fries. When they could have easily let me keep the Mac and cheese and brought me my fries. They even got my sauces wrong. Then I got food poising from the food, and my food was terrible. I do not recommend eating here at all!!!

They had no tea no ice and no coke. Didn't have sweet heat sauce and outside speaker not working. The wings weren't good but my tender combo was great. Must have been waiting on a truck...

This is honestly the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to in my life. I have ordered from here multiple times, only to be given terrible customer service and a very long wait. Some of the employees there act real stank ish in attitude. I remember the last time I was there, I waited nearly 45 minutes for my order. One of the employees slammed my food on the counter, no apology, no thank you for waiting, NO NOTHING. I will never in my life purchase ANYTHING from this store. Advice to management…make sure you hire workers who actually want to work there. And to some of employees working there already…word of advice…fix your attitude & time management skills. Y’all are the only Popeyes in town & people truly look forward to spending money with y’all.

Went to Popeyes last night waited about 45 minutes for my order. The girl was very rude and didn’t give me all my food. I left for home and my co worker noticed after we had left went back to get the food the girl was even worse. Asked for the number to the manager and she made a smart remark. My food and my coworkers food was just thrown in The bag any kinda way. Got home and my order was still wrong. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will not go back to this restaurant for no other reason but to get my money back. Need to hire adults instead kids.
