Party of 4. Hostess forgot to call us when table was ready waited 40 minutes unnecessarily. 2 members of our party ordered potatoes that, although asked about twice, never arrived. Only asked about refills after everyone was finished. Overall not a good night for Red Lobster.

I did take out for cheddar bay biscuits which were excellent we waited for almost 30 minutes so service was very slow and we ordered ahead of time from the application online, they need to do better if I have to wait that long they should be free now I would rather buy them from Walmart and cook them for myself.

Second time they staff in Dublin can't manage to take a lobster out the tank and hit a button to steam the lobster without burning it ! how can you burn a steamed lobster ? god forbid anyone getting other food off the menu when they cant dothis. Red lobster will comment asking to contact them and do nothing . Manager is rude . Offer $5 gift card on $100 order that you can't eat

The food was delicious as always, and our server was impeccable, but service overall was a bit slow. That's to be expected with it being the weekend before Valentine's Day, and with them suffering from what seems like staffing issues, like a lot of businesses are today. That being said, this will always be a four-star or five star establishment. As a customer, I was understanding. As a culinarian, the food was peak! ?

Had a reservation for 7:30 checked in at 7:15. Long story short at 8:00 we got up and decided to leave. What is the point in the reservation if there not going to honor it? Can’t say anything about the food but the 1 complimentary peppermint was awesome.

The food here and Macon was horrible. Not like I remember it use to be. And way too expensive for boxed frozen food.

One of the worst dining experiences, in recent memory. All the seafood food was over cooked. Fish for the Fish and chips, the batter was partially burnt and the meat was dry. Shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. The bed of rice was a table spoon. The ice was melted in the sodas and was starting to go flat. I arrived at 6pm, did get my drink order until 6:29pm and food arrived at 6:56pm. The mining room was nearly empty, with three waitstaff for 4-5 tables. I mostly like won’t go back to that location again. And I’m not a food snob. I guess next time it’s CrackerBarrel or LongHorn.
