I haven’t been to a ruby Tuesdays in well over 10 years.so yea,my first 2 choices they were out of… I came during lunch time it wasn’t really busy, but the service was sub par. I ordered a smash burger and fries. The burger was very bland and the fries came out soggy. I received my Coke after I got my food. Overall I could have gone across the street to McDonald’s or burger king and had better service and better tasting food for way cheaper than what I paid for a burger, fries and a drink.

I just left after waiting for over an hour for my food that never came. It was literally just me. Party of one. My strawberry lemonade took 30 minutes. I normally love Ruby Tuesday but tonight they shocked me into not wanting to return. I was told to come back so they can fix it but nobody took my name or number. I work in food service so i get it but tonight was just not it. Crazy.

I used to love the baby back ribs and ribeye steaks here. But the last few times I have eaten here the food was awful. Too much rib fat and not as tasty and the rib-eyes are too thin and tough.

They suck to be honest. Worst ruby Tuesday experience. Bar tables were dirty she complained about cleaning them when I pointed it out. Bartender Asked me was I door dash.. you can only get 1 drink at a time even if you want a shot of liquor and beer ?? Moving along, the steak sucked and the list goes on. Never going back there again . I still tipped even though they did not deserve anything from me.

Our waitress, Charity, was so outgoing and fun. I was surprised because I had not dined at Ruby Tuesday in years, because of an experience I had at a Ruby Tuesday in Florida. But our waitress, Charity, was incredibly outgoing and fun. I was surprised because I hadn’t dined at Ruby Tuesday in years due to a previous experience at a Ruby Tuesday in Florida. However, a relative who was with me wanted to eat there, so I agreed and mentioned why I had previously avoided the restaurant.
I was pleasantly surprised when I let Charity suggest a dish based on what I told her I was in the mood for. I ended up enjoying the meal. My family and I had the best time dining there, and we plan to return, largely because of Charity. She also had a great sense of humor, and my family enjoyed calling her name, as it is the same as mine, and we rarely meet anyone else with that name.
