First, I'd like to apologize for choosing to patronize your establishment to spend my hard earned money at your place of business. Rest assured, it won't happen again. It is clearly my fault that y'all can't schedule enough people. I was obviously wrong to think y'all were capable of doing your jobs. I came in with my family. The restaurant was mostly empty. It was approximately between 4:45pm and 5:00pm Christmas day. The restaurant had more staff in the back of house than in the front. After standing in the doorway for 5 minutes or so our existence was finally acknowledged by a very rude bald gentleman. We were told the wait would be an hour and a half because they were replenishing the salad bar and were short staffed. I would be more understanding if every single employee that saw us hadn't completely ignored us. There is no excuse. As I'm sure you've thought at least once if you've bothered reading this that you don't need my business so I can just get lost. Maybe you're right. But u know a lot of people. I'm a veteran. I will tell them and their families how you treat people. Good luck.

0 stars. Christmas Day we chose to try to eat here. 10m at the host station only to be finally greeted and told an 1.5hr wait. If busy, I could have understood a wait. However, the restaurant was not at capacity and was only half full. Shameful. The GM definitely dropped the ball when it came to scheduling. It would have been nice to see a manager out and about doing rounds in the dining area showing he cared about the establishment. Needles to say we did not stay Thank you

I haven’t been to a ruby Tuesdays in well over 10 years.so yea,my first 2 choices they were out of… I came during lunch time it wasn’t really busy, but the service was sub par. I ordered a smash burger and fries. The burger was very bland and the fries came out soggy. I received my Coke after I got my food. Overall I could have gone across the street to McDonald’s or burger king and had better service and better tasting food for way cheaper than what I paid for a burger, fries and a drink.

I just left after waiting for over an hour for my food that never came. It was literally just me. Party of one. My strawberry lemonade took 30 minutes. I normally love Ruby Tuesday but tonight they shocked me into not wanting to return. I was told to come back so they can fix it but nobody took my name or number. I work in food service so i get it but tonight was just not it. Crazy.
