This is now my parents and I favorite seafood go to. The fried flounder and shrimp with hush puppies and fries is simply the best. You get plenty!Parking: Plenty of parking.

Starting with the service, the young lady on the phone was extremely helpful and nice. I ordered 14 fried catfish, fries, and hush puppies and they were very good. They packaged them up as it was a take out order and there wasn't any left after dinner. I will definitely come back for more fish.

We went to celebrate my Cousin Birthday. The Server was very nice but they were short of help it seemed! The food came out at different times instead of together! But overall the food is very flavorful! The downfall would be they do not have Crackers for the Crabs.

Good Food, Great ServiceCourtney was a great waitress, she answered my questions and made great suggestions. Food was good and hot. This is a very casual, well worn out place. There paper towels on tables and plastic silverware.I will go back.

The place has potential because the food was not bad at all but the service was terrible. I understand everyone is short handed . But we ordered crab legs and were told after we got them they had no crackers at all in the whole place ... plastic utensils make it a little difficult for the claws . Ordered shrimp and fish and the order was wrong didn't get the fish until time to leave in a to go box . It was a hot mess.

The food was good but I could eat but could not eat crab legs because they do not have anything to crack them with or to open them up with when you asked about it they're just gonna sorry cutting back on silverware costs and the staff seems to not care about the issues

Cashier has a bad attitude, treat customers like they are less than a person and hear the phone ring but will not answer because talking/joking with other people. I dine in and observed the unprofessionlism the cashier displayed. When the cashier took my money and threw my change on the counter, made me feel I'm not wanted and will pass this experience to others. The unprofessional acts from the cashier made the entire experience for myself and other customers uncomfortable. I will not go to any "Shell Seafood restaurant" again. I'm a Combat Disabled Veteran and will share this experience with the Veterans Administration. Thank you.

First off i will always support black owned and local businesses. The food was VERY GOOD, the service was AWFUL,there was no order or consistency, staff seemed lost.Do better please.

We found this place and got excited to try some fresh seafood. What a strange experience….Flimsy plastic takeout silverware for a $20 meal? Plastic deli container of instant mashed potatoes drowned in butter? Drinks are served in styrofoam cups? Salad was also in a small deli container, and was like a bit hard to eat with flimsy take-out silverware. Our appetizer came after we finished our meals, which came out piece by piece. If this was like a chain fast food seafood place, I can understand the cheap carry out containers, but this presents as a nicer restaurant on the surface. The shrimp and grits came in a real dish, and it was good, but the lobster dip was also in a plastic deli container with a bunch of broken tortilla corn chips which just feels weird for something you’re paying over $10 to eat inside a restaurant. Our server was really sweet, although she forgot to tell us that a side dish was going to cost extra and decided we didn’t need it since there was an up charge. The food was okay, but… we won’t be back. Captain D’s is better at a fraction of the cost.
