My last experience at Starbucks with my two friends was VERY lacking. One or the ladies working didn't say a word and blew past us just to slap a Cafe closed sign on the door after we came in and there were two others inside. She proceeded to tell us they had to close the inside because they only had 2 workers and that we could order but had to take it to go and was rude about the whole situation.. SO we left and went to Dunkin Doughnuts and got MUCH better service.

If you are in a hurry or expect to be in and out, do not come here. I had 1 guy who was very helpful but the barista with the blonde locs, rude. I will admit, I live in Houston, with several Starbucks within 1 vicinity and I know this is a small city with 1 location but still do better. I never have this experience at home. Once I place a mobile order, it’s ready within the estimated time. Here, I wait 15 addtl mins after I get the “ready to go” message.

Very Friendly atmosphere and great customer service.. Cheyenne went out her way to make sure I was able to have my drink. Even tho it said it was sold out! Truly Appreciated and Grateful

Severely understaffed during Holiday Season leading to 25+ minutes wait time to place order and additional 15+ minutes to receive. 3 employees with drive thru wrapped 1/2 around the building and 8-10 customers inside. I opted to order inside. Mistake! As I sit here, the drive thru customers were/are served first. Can only imagine how long the customers before me have been waiting. Obviously, I have time to kill hence the long review.
Poor staff members working hard.

Customer service has taken a huge nose dive here over the last little bit. Very rude when you spend so much money. I’ve all but stopped going which really sucks because I really miss my coffees, but I refuse to spend my money in a place where I may or may not receive great service! Retrain your employees!!!

Super long line, cafe closed today. Doors are locked. always something at this location yesterday I came by to get a hot coffee but they didn't have any so am trying my luck today and still the same! one of the reason I try to avoid dublin location but sometimes that coffee is needed.

They are always out of everything, customer service is terrible. Something is always broken. They have an attitude whenever you ask them a question. They never never answer the phone. Every time I come to this location compared to others I always have a bad experience and my order is never correct.

Says they are open but no person in sight!!! This has happened many times over the last several weeks!! Your crew didn't show up till almost 6:20am. Several vehicles went through the line. Guess Dunkin Donuts coffee it is after this!!!

I went through the drive through for lunch and they couldn't make a Frappuccino today so I asked the batista to make me a cold brew the way he'd recommend. All I told him is I like it sweet. I have no allergies so I felt confident it'd go well. He checked with me on a couple flavors and created a delicious cold brew with caramel drizzle, toffee nut, white mocha and vanilla cold foam. This thing tastes like a nutty candy bar and is soooooo good! I highly recommend this location. They were so friendly and excited to do a fun random order and the guy that hooked me up with my drink was absolutely excellent. The food is fantastic but the ham and swiss does not compare to the coffee they made me. Thank you guys!!

I waited for 25 min for 2 coffees in the drive thru. I was behind 6 cars only and inside was not busy at all. Outside of the ridiculous wait time, the customer service was extremely poor. The staff was rude, the store was out of several things on the menu, absurdly slow service and energy from staff. This is not Starbucks standard. A review on management and staffing is necessary. I have watched this Starbucks go down hill for months now. Something has to change.

VELMARQ GROUP LLC

Very rude customer service and disrespectful baristas. Ordered a cappuccino and the barista gave me a cup of foam with three tablespoons of coffee in it. I asked for a refund and they said the cappuccino was an all foam drink? Mind you I’m an executive on my way to Atlanta just stopping though. You never know who might show up. . Will never go there again. Contacted corporate.
