Store hours wrong online, half hour difference, they tell you what you can do with your food as if you don't have a choice, service terrible, atmosphere compliments service terrible

We moved from Texas a little over a month ago. Went here tonight, around 9. The lady at the front was super sweet!! Greeted me when I came in. Was so very kind. I have bad social anxiety so that means a lot to me. Definitely will be back!

I have ordered many times from this restaurant, but I always have issues,arranging from not having any breads prepared or not following directions left clearly in notes for pick up orders or forgetting to put chips in my bag when I placed a door dash order, I will no longer order from this restaurant.

About 10 customers inside the store trying to get sandwiches and one of the two employees there decides to start mopping the entire store instead of helping make sandwiches. Halfway through mopping he finally starts helping a customer get cookies. Once that customer has their cookies instead of helping make sandwiches or even finish mopping he begins having a casual conversation with the guy. I left when he started picking his nose. And no I'm not over exaggerating he was picking his nose while standing at the cash register.
