This place is awesome. Really easy online pickup ordering and the food reallt feels fresh. Glad I found this spot in this small town.

Place used to be 5 stars... unfortunately I'll have to give 1 star after today's visit.
They are really being stingy with the portions now. I usually order surcheros nachos with chips on the side, they barely put any meat or rice in my to-go box....when i asked for extra rice they said it would be $3 extra.
They barely put a 1/2 cup scoop of rice to begin with, and then they want extra for rice?
The surcheros sauce (southwest ranch) and cheese dip was super watery like it's been watered-down.
The bags of chips are pre-portioned now and has about 10 chips in the bag.
I used to love Surcheros, but I won't be eating there again anytime soon.

This place use to be great but really went down hill. Gave me half a scoop of rice for nachos. When I asked for a whole scoop charged me an extra $3. Surcheros sauce was extremely watered down. Asked for the queso on the side. Poured it over the top. They threw the nachos away remade it and still put half the food and still upcharged me. Dealing with the crappy service is one thing but low quantity and low quality is another. You have lost a customer and someone who used you guys to cater a lot.

They shake the meat spoon on you. If you ask for a little more meat they overcharge you. Like what am I paying for, rice and beans? When they first opened they give you a good amount of meat. NOT ANYMORE!!!

Food is great when they get it right. Service has never been that great. Atmosphere would be good if the restaurant was clean. The people working there all seem to be high school aged kids and just aren’t great at costumer service. Can’t even stand at the register long enough to hand me my receipt as soon as they get my payment they run off somewhere. Not to mention I went into Surcheros about an hour before they closed and staff was cleaning everything and emptying out the food containers. I get it you want to get your work done and go home but maybe don’t start getting rid of food until 10 minutes before close. The girl was rude and seemed annoyed that we were even there, they were out of just about everything. Also the girl didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I had came up to order she just continued talking to her coworker. A couple of weeks ago I did mobile order and they didn’t put any meat in my chicken burrito. So I payed for a Surcheros burrito but ended up with a veggie one. When I called there was no manager that could talk and I was told they would call me the following day, never got that phone call. Their sprite in the soda fountain is always out just tastes like soda water. Surcheros in Dublin needs some new management because it is ridiculous.

Went for lunch on Saturday. No one in line in front of us. Crew was slow to respond for order and were not friendly. Two employees were working on one call in order. Looked at us and returned to their one order. Took 20 minutes to get order.
This place was amazing. They were not stingy with the portions and customer service was top notch 10/10 ?

Dashing for a living every time I come in there I wait 30 or more for an order that’s already paid online I walked in at 5:38 order was suppose to be ready by 5:39 not but 2 tables in house as I waited they started getting busy and it seemed they were waiting on all the in house and drive through first dash is on a time schedule this wasted an hour of my time I had to unassign the order I missed a good pay out won’t accept nothing else from here

I've been to this location 3 times in the past year while passing through the area on business. The food is good but the customer service is lacking. The employees just dont seem to care. I almost felt like I was being bothersome just by being a paying customer.

Every experience I've had with Surcheros with the locations I've been too have been superb. I decided to give this location a try. The portion sizes are terrible for what you're paying for. My gf steak was cold so the employee asked us if we wanted another choice of meat. No mam. Let me get a refund. Plus, sidenote, this place has a 81 health score. That was an automatic turn off whenever I got the the register.

Stopped by for lunch today and was disappointed in the food display. Multiple flies on food line and food line looks messy and needed to be wiped down. Customer service was great and friendly. Presentation is everything…. Hope to have a better experience next time.
