You've to order at the counter. They have a good selection of tortillas. You can get what you like on your burrito or taco. They include chips and salsa with your order. There is a good salsa bar with a ton of choices. The prices are very reasonable. Very tasty stuff. I'd go back.

Food was good but its an employee in there she keeps grabbing and touching her glasses while fixing the food. Her coworker told her after I whispered it. Her response was im just touching my glasses. I think she definitely needs to look over food safety practices and customer service because she never changed her gloves.

Quality of the food is crazy bad now, major difference from a couple years ago. Most likely due to the current political state of US right now...but the ppl here are always a delight! Pay your workers a living wage Surcheros!!!

I don’t understand why you keep a place open when you’re out of half the menu. Truly terrible service by the girl who made my order. My experience was only redeemed by the guy working who went above beyond. It’s a shame to be paying $15 for a salad when they’re out of spinach, romaine, pico, rice, and corn salsa — AND the girl acts inconvenienced by doing her job.

The restaurant needs a deep cleaning and the workers need a customer service etiquette course. I come today and no one speaks for at least 2 minutes and then they proceed to tell me the long list of things they are “out” of today, although, I think that really meant they just didn’t want to refresh the serving bar since lunch was nearly over. It’s ongoing here.

My cheese dip, salsa, chicken burrito & chicken quesadilla I order for my child & I tasted like chemicals. The food did not taste right, not fresh & smelled weird. I’m worried I’m going to get sick. I don’t know what happened because I used to like eating at Surcheros.
I went to sucheros on Friday September the 19 an girl name Mia darkskin women looks at me and didn’t take my order so and nice tall men with curly hair name Jack did and he did 4 others order and made everything perfect while the girl just sat there talking to an big cubby boy that makes no sense

I cannot believe what I saw ... I will not be eating there again. I was in line ordering and watching my burrito being put together and ahead in line ... the other employee was cleaning the counter in front of the veggies. I watched her wipe the counter some and when she got to a mess of corn that was on the counter, she just wipes it back into the container where it was spilled from ... contaminating the rest of the corn ingredients. I don't know what it is called and I'm glad I don't put it on my burrito. I just put a few things on my burrito and was thankful she didn't handle my burrito. I almost said something ... but if it means anything to management ... if you have video of the service line ... just check it around 1230 on 9/16/25 and hopefully you will be able to see it. I love Surcheros and I always come here for lunch when I bring my husband for his eye appointment. I will now find some where else to eat lunch. This is not what I want to see when I am order something for lunch.

Customer service isn’t what it used to be here, rude & unfriendly staff. My husband & I’s chips for our nachos were stale and/or undone & something tasted soapy. We have never been so displeased, we used to eat here every week 👎🏼

They would not take a call in order. I assumed they were busy. When I arrived and walked in there was no one there. Not sure why they wouldn't take a to go order via phone?? Also, food was mediocre at best!

The staff yesterday on August 24,2025 around 1:30 pm were very rude, hateful, and no sense of work ethics. It was a girl (Shi???) throwing my food onto the plate that the boy was fixing. Reaching over everything. She told the boy that she was “pissed” off with the other staff (I guess) and was rude to everyone in the store. My boyfriend told her to smile and she told him no.
The girl at the register (Jessica B) was rude too after I asked for the other girl’s name, so I’m not sure if I have the correct names. I then asked for vinaigrette on my plate. I sat it on the counter and she squeezed it all over my plate, countertop, my arm, AND MY YELLOW DRESS! She did not bother to say IM SORRY! I love eating here, but it will be a LONG time before I spend my money here again, if ever again. It was very disappointing and distasteful to be treated that way. There needs to be an older adult manager on shift or someone of professionalism working with the kids. The food is not cheap and I don’t mind paying for what I like, but I will not spend my money on a place where I’m treated so horrible at!!! Something really needs to be done about what happened. I’m sure you can pull the camera to see it all. The time frame is from 1:30-2:00pm.
