I've been to this location 3 times in the past year while passing through the area on business. The food is good but the customer service is lacking. The employees just dont seem to care. I almost felt like I was being bothersome just by being a paying customer.
Stopped by for lunch today and was disappointed in the food display. Multiple flies on food line and food line looks messy and needed to be wiped down. Customer service was great and friendly. Presentation is everything…. Hope to have a better experience next time.
Quality and portion size has really gone downhill at the Dublin Surcheros. You have to upgrade to double meat just to get what used to be customary, and there were very few chips in our "to go" chips bag.
I realize that there is a recession, but you cannot raise your prices AND shrink your portions!
