This is my first time at this location and will be my last. The young man with locs had his dirty cellphone on top of the food prep area texting with gloves on. I watched carefully to see if he would change his gloves or remove his phone from the food prep area before he made the food. He didn't do either of the two, so I canceled my order and left.Phones are some of the some of the dirtiest things because of germs and bacteria, and to have it on the food prep line is disgusting.Do better!

On my way to work I stopped to get breakfast. I ordered the all star breakfast with sausage. They gave me bacon, then there was an already used butter cup in my bag. Tried to call and you can’t talk to a person everything is online and then the online service is down!!! NEVER

I was in there on December 25th and was completely ignored after getting my initial cup of coffee. I figured that was due to it being Christmas day. I went in the next day, December 26th with my 9 year old daughter. Had the same server. Ordered a waffle, a kid's soda and a coffee. The total should've been 8.00. (4.75 for the waffle. 1.00 for the kids drink and 2.25 for the coffee. ) the server charged 2.25 for the kids drink. I showed her the menu where it says kids beverage 1.00. She argued and said that since she brought my child a large glass and my child had drank it that the price was 2.25. I said I specifically asked for a kids soda. She then said the child had to have a kids meal to get the kids beverage price. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied. I was threatened with the police. The cook even insinuated she would come outside and throw hands. This is unacceptable. I have no problem paying a bill when said bill is rung up properly according to menu prices. I enjoy my times at waffle houses wherever I'm at but not at this one. I will not return to this waffle house or any that are going to try this same thing. I've been told one other time that in order for the drink to be 1.00 my child had to have a kids meal. I've asked corporate, and every single other waffle house manager that I've ever talked to and that is not the case.

Food is ALWAYS good here. We got to see a training session going on. You think these folks can't handle their business? Saw a one man wrecking crew (the trainer) single handed take care of the grill and take care of the counter. Never missed a beat. There were people waiting to be seated so you know they were busy.
