Stood at the counter to order about 10 minutes while everyone waited on the drive thru. The rap crap music playing so loud could not enjoy the lunch plus could not hear each other talk. Food was ok but took another 10 plus minutes to get it.

I was a dine-in customer: The food quality was great. The staff seemed overwhelmed even though they appeared to have plenty of staff on hand. So, getting orders out was a little slow, which would be understandable if they had been short staffed, but they were not. The music playing throughout the restaurant was too loud. It was some 80s rap and hip hop music. I didn't mind the type of music since I grew up listening to it. But, the elderly couple dining in may not have liked the type of music playing. I'm sure they would not have minded the music if the volume level had not been so high. Even though I like that type of music, it was way too loud for the restaurant environment! Wendy's is not a night club!

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! Friday night I waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes! When I finally got up to the window they weren’t even working! They were all playing around and flirting. They never even acknowledged me until I was sitting there for about 5 minutes. Than I went back on Sunday and they had said they were closed at 10pm! They said something about the computers were down. But I saw a doordash get their food and 10 minutes later the doordash came back for another order. How if the computers were down? If people don’t want to work than why get the job? This Wendy’s needs a whole new night time staff! They don’t want to be there so they should be replaced, you’re losing a lot of money because of them. So many people drove off on Friday and they ran people off on Sunday. This store use to be great but it’s going downhill fast. Oh and on Friday when they were taking the persons order in front of me they were swearing and being very rude! How can you have people like that there? Where’s management? Probably out back smoking weed with the employees because you could see them and smell it when driving up.

The lady in drive through didn’t greet us then got an attitude when asked to repeat total, got to the window and she still had a horrible attitude, moved forward to pick up window and the lady was on the phone and didn’t even speak at all just handed out the food and slammed the window closed. I picked my drink up out the drink carrier & there was a roach in there. This is very unacceptable service & I will not be returning.

Wednesday 2024.11.13 at 7:35 PM, I parked outside and walked inside to place my order. There were no customers inside. There were three staff members. Two of them looked at me. None spoke to me, but they chatted to each other. After about a minute, I figured that my presence was unwelcome, so I left. I will never bother Wendy’s again either at this location or any other.

Wish I could give this crap whole, no stores, had to wait in the drive-through for almost 15 minutes for a standard salad. The people there are absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service. No thank you how are you doing? Good evening sorry for the way. Nothing. I hope this play shuts down ASAP.
