Fire everyone here and start over. The employees are more concerned with cracking jokes in the back and and smoking outside with their friends than they are actually serving food.

We ordered on the mobile app for drive thru pick up but a few of us went in to use the restroom.
Worst decision ever. The inside looked and felt sticky. Everyone inside looked confused. The restroom was disgusting and disorganized. You would have thought you stopped into an overly used truck stop. Tables inside were dirty.
Drive thru offered no better expierence. Asked to pull forward and did. Waited what felt like an eternity. Just for someone to come out and mutter something. Still not quite sure what she did say. She then walked away and two other workers came out with the order. They looked like they would like to be anywhere on earth besides their job. No one spoke. Just started shoving things in the window. 6 drinks somehow slung into a 4 drink cup holder. Bags on bags on bags of food. Why each item needed its own bag is beyond me. Ended up only getting half the order right but we left anyways. To top it off all doors say they don’t have lettuce due to some infestation of the region they get it from. Was also told this at the speaker when checking in. Yet lettuce was on 3 burgers…
Can you even eat it? Where did this lettuce come from?! Needless to say we didn’t.

There's an array of 12 new Tesla V4 Superchargers in the parking lot, an absolutely golden driver of business to this restaurant that's been thrown away. Walk inside and it's a sad display of business dysfunction: sticky surfaces, super slow service, broken drinks machine. Everybody, staff and customers, looked like they would prefer to be somewhere else.

We stopped at 7 on a Sunday evening, which should have meant there weren't many customers. Everyone inside had already ordered but no one had food and had been waiting a while. The whole restaurant smelled strongly of pee. It was really bad. When we had been there 10 minutes and they hadn't taken our order, we left. The others waiting stated they were out of a lot of things. I won't go back there.

It was the most horrible experience in my life. I do believe food was cold, took 30 minutes to get it. When there was only four other people in line, I will never go back.And that's crazy, because wendy's is like one of my all time favorite restaurants. Big disappointment today.

The place smelled horrible, looked filthy, screaming unruly children running around and had many people waiting for their food. One gentleman was given the incorrect sandwich and was waiting 15 minutes for them to correct it for him. The employees were miserable, moved like snails and truly didn't care. We got frostys and got out as fast as we could.

Terrible. One of the worst Wendy's experiences we've ever had. We waited a while for the food and it after the wait it all came out in varying degrees of cold to luke -warm. It is one thing to wait for fresh, hot food, another thing to get slow service and cold food. Staff was nice enough, no knocks there. Just would never go again.

I had the #1 Dave's single meal. The wait for food was about 17 minutes. I wouldn't consider that as being fast food. The fries were extremely hard and there were no straws available for drinks.
