I can’t even get to order because they tell me to wait in 10 minutes later I’m still waiting. How is that good service or even a good experience? Not worth my time to get there when it’s greasy nasty and they don’t have enough people I care about their job to do a good job for the people who are their customers. The people they would not have a job for if they didn’t have customers!

Ok, so no receipt, paid cash. sweet tea tasted terrible, fries were rubbery and then as I am headed down the road, I even got the wrong burger.

What a mess. No Ketchup, fountain drinks were all out with the exception of 3 flavors, filthy restrooms. Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave due to his disappointment over this location.

This has to be THE SLOWEST Wendy’s on Earth! We were in line for 30 minutes. Absolutely absurd. Then when we got to the window to pay, the girl told us they were out of tomatoes, so my husband’s sandwich was not even complete.

​Waited forever in the drive-thru. 35+ minutes. When I finally got to the window, the cashier just handed me my food without saying a single word, like I was a huge inconvenience. Seriously bad service.

Fire everyone here and start over. The employees are more concerned with cracking jokes in the back and and smoking outside with their friends than they are actually serving food.
