Never got to order. All the workers were behind the counter laughing and talking, telling us "be with you shortly", hell no, we walked out. Not sure if this Wendy's and one on corner of Veterans are same owners, but both are terrible.

Only 1 star because there’s no garbage 🗑️ rating. For the love of god don’t DoorDash anything from nightmare past 8pm. If you do get it it’s gonna be disgusting. You’re better off ordering from a gas station or eating lint you find in your pockets

I’m a Wendys lover. But this store they act like there no fast food. The make me wait 5 minutos to gets my order and other 10 minutes to get it. The person at the windows it’s take it all the way slow.

If I could do a negative review, I would. Not only was the young lady that took our order yelling at us when taking our order, we had to sit at the window for 10 min for said order. There was no one there, by the way. When we finally got our order it was completely wrong.. no napkins, no straw for our drinks, no fork for my salad, no ketup for our fries, bad tomatoes on my salad, and missing items on the salad. As we sat there waiting for our food, all we heard were people working in the restaurant playing around.... not paying us any attention. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Went to drive through. Service air was great. However the pictures on the menu show romaine lettuce leaves. And all my sandwich was a very cold iceberg lettuce leaf. Thanksburg has no nutritional values so I don't eat it at all. And especially being very cold like it was just pulled out of a tub of ice. And I know in the sandwich got iceberg I would ask for to know lettuce like I do with no pickle. And the fries were so far over salted I'm surprised that I don't have high blood pressure that's like 250 over 180. After eating the fries I can rub my fingers together and salt would fall off my fingers. That's ridiculous.
We went through the drive-thru. It's been ages since we've experienced such slow service. We didn't even get straws.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This wendys need to be closed. My order was wrong, the burger they gave me was hard, and the customer service was horrible. Just close the store or find a new owner and manager that cares. And if its a manger onsite right now they should be fired along with the guy at the window.

Doors are consistently locked at this location during business hours. Staff is routinely sitting at the tables on their cell phones doing nothing. This has happened around 50% of the times I have visited over a 6 month period. On my last visit the doors were locked at 9 in the morning (inside is supposed to open at 7). There were two staff members sitting at tables on their phones like they always are. One guy was standing outside smoking. There were three employees doing nothing while very likely clocked in and while the doors were locked because they didn't want to worry with customers. They aren't short staffed, they just don't want to work and apparently management and the owner let them get by with it.

Cold food and slow service. Ordered two bacon double stacks but got two old and cold regular double stacks instead. The cheese wasn’t even melted it was so cold.
