One on a Thursday 11:50 AM the door was locked. It was one table inside the guest that up and unlock the door. I asked the girl at the counter. They were closed and she laughed.. Did our food and drinks went to the soda machine there was no carbonation for the machine. I said oh so you were out all the condiments on the table or almost so sad. This used to be a great place.

Great concept! Even bette pizza! Love picking fresh topping from behind the glass and seeing my pizza cook in the open brick oven. Delicious and affordable. 7 minutes for my crispy 10 inch pizza.

We walked in at 1pm on a Saturday (30 mins ago) and the place was so empty that my husband went up to the front door to check hours to make sure we didn’t accidentally come in before opening.
First, they were out of sundried tomatoes and olives for pizza. No olives in the prepped Greek salads, either. All the gelato was melted in the case. The straw that broke the camels back was they wanted to give us gelatinous balsamic glaze that wouldn’t even come out of the cup when shook upside down, instead of the balsamic dressing we’ve gotten since the establishment opened. THEN wanted to gaslight us into saying what we’ve gotten for years didn’t exist.
The whole experience was frustrating and baffling considering the excellent food and service we’ve had in the past.

What happened to your pie? This used to be the spot. They didn’t have half the ingredients for my pizza, no sun-dried tomatoes, no black olives…no black olives for our Greek salad. 🥗 And the dressing they gave us, which was supposed to be balsamic was a slab of jelly. When asked they said that’s what they smear on their wings, that they never carried balsamic. We’ve been going here for years and always had balsamic with our salad. And the place was so dead I thought was closed. What the hell happened?

I ordered online. Limited time offer, Smokestack Brisket Sandwich, caesar salad and soda. Sandwich looks fantastic online. Got there, place was a ghost town. One person in line. It was near closing time, makes sense. No waiting is a bonus. Girl at counter was friendly enough and gave me my sandwich. Immediately I was underwhelmed at the temperature of box. She say something about have a good night. I asked where is my salad? Oh yeah...we don't have any caesar salad. We don't have any salad. You can have a bag of chips. I took the chips and got some water and left. Made it to my car and decided I needed to check on the sandwich because the box was so cool I thought I might have the wrong order. It was a sandwich that I took the top off to check the temperature. That's when the fear set in. I see nothing but vegetables and thought when I ordered I accidentally checked the box where you can have the brisket removed. Side bar, who orders a brisket sandwich and has the brisket removed? I took a closer look and bam, I think I spotted the brisket. That's when the disappointment set in. I flipped the sandwiches upside down to get a better idea if there was more meat. There was more meat, but barely. in total, maybe 1/2 ounce worth of brisket. I wanted to go back in but it was past closing time and I figured I'll live. Then to add insult to injury back at my hotel, I realized I paid more for the salad and didn't get offered a refund or anything. A bag of chips and no apologies. Take from this what you will. I likely won't be back, but I never say never. If it happens I will update this review.

We have been coming here forever , the pizza I just got was burnt badly on the bottom and when I took it to the register they asked “ so u want it remade ?” With this sneer on her face . My response would have been “ I am so sorry about that let me get that remade for u, would u like a bag of chips or some gelato while u wait ?” Other issue that has been an ongoing thing forever is several female employees dress like work in a bar in combination with they just rolled out of bed. The employees are what people notice first and there are a ton of families here and nobody wants to see cheeks jiggling around while making food. Customer service overall matters.

Price is outrageous for what you get. My pizza that was over 22.00 for 14inches was actually only 11inchs. Our food was dry, sauce taste watered down, cheese taste freezer burnt...just a whole list of awful. Don't eat here not worth it.

We will not be back. They were out of ranch, garlic, jalapeños, sweet tea, Dr Pepper, Coke, and many other ingredients/drinks that I personally do not ever get. Customer service was just “okay.” The lock to the ladies bathroom was broken with a sign that says “knock before entering. Lock broken.” These are very basic essentials for a place serving pizza and people.

When we first walked in, we noticed the AC wasn’t working. We decided to go ahead and order our food anyways. This is where we knew we made a mistake. Things they were “out of” 1) sweet tea 2) sun dried tomatoes 3) fresh mozzarella 4) Pesto sauce 5) Coke 6) root beer 7) “Gelato”. They had 3 tubs of WALMART ice cream. 8) Banana peppers
This was the worst your pie experience we have had.

I wouldn't go here unless you have a lot of time on your hands. Went to place to go order and was completely ignored for the first several minutes. No one would make eye contact with me. I finally asked & the girl said she's coming. When the girl finally showed up, she started rolling out pizza dough. I asked what was going on, she said they had forgotten an order. I waited another few minutes for her to finish what she was doing and she started rolling out another dough. I told them their communication skills suck & walked out the door.
Food was good. Employees were moving like snails, they looked like they just did not want to be there. Lots of people in line and only 2 Employees. Dough balls were on counter all dried up with flies that were landing all over it. They did not bother to cover food. It was a bit disgusting.

I waited for quite a few, that’s fine. But to be served food like this after that wait time is unacceptable. They burnt my sandwich, forgot to add chicken on this dry Alfredo pasta. I’m very disappointed. I came back for this food because it was good the last time we went. I just want my money back if I could 😭

Absolute AMAZING food, great service and reasonably priced. Base pizza will seem expensive at first, but you get unlimited toppings for free, so it’s instantly cheaper than any other pizza place. Pizza is fullly hand made, tossed, and brick-oven cooked. Their gelato is also good quality, they change out the flavors every so often so there’s always something new to try next time. Overall 10/10 service, very quick, and extremely friendly/nice staff!!
