Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Chicken tasted like it was fried with fish. The ice machine out front had no ice had to ask the back to fill it- they acted like they were annoyed. When we paid cash they threw the change at us and it went all over the floor. They acted annoyed we paid cash. They were very rude.
Then, the food handler kept sticking their hands in their pants to tuck shirt in. Yuck!

No one to take order even at 10 pm

I understand times have changed along with prices. However, I paid $12 and some change for this salad to be this poor. This makes me not even want to go back and just go to Chic Fil A across the street and get a fuller salad for a little cheaper. This is insanely expensive for the quality I received. Like where is the lettuce????

Came here off the highway to get a quick bite and was disappointed. The girls at the front counter were very polite, but when I got to my car the sauce on my wings were wrong, fries were stale and completely void of seasoning, and the chicken was also cold! One of the sorriest Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to

I got the strawberry lemonade and it honestly wasn't very good. The worker was really nice though, but just something I won't get again but zaxbys as a whole is still good.

I always go big because they usually put barley any fries on my plate but they have gotten to where they put the same amount of fries as if you weren’t “going big” kind of a waist of money to say you want to go big to have extra fries and they don’t give you extra. Customer service was great though.

I had to leave a review about my recent visit to Zaxby's. The night shift has always been okay, but tonight was different. There was this guy working who seriously needs to be a manager. He brought so much energy back into the place! The whole environment has changed – you can feel the smiles and a happy, welcoming vibe. This guy went above and beyond, had a smile on his face the whole time, and honestly gave me the best service I've had from the night shift crew. He made my experience tonight totally worth it, and I'll definitely be back. Give that guy a raise or promotion! His name was Skyler!!!
