Worst experience at a Zaxbys I've had. Drive thru was packed therefore I went inside to get mobile order and the cashier neglected to tell manager before she left so my food is just sitting there. The food was garbage by now my fried chicken Philly is cold and the bread is soaking in butter, my salad that was supposed to be made with no onions or bacon has it on it and instead of making a fresh salad just took the bacon off. Next time I will just wait until I get back to Atlanta.

The customer service needs much improvement; young people are playing too much during times of work; and they don’t know how to greet customers.

We stopped by to pick up lunch during a road trip. I ordered the cobb zalad, and the shredded cheese in it was bad. The cheddar tasted like old blue cheese. The rest of the zalad looked fresh so it is a shame that the cheese was bad.

The chicken finger plate that we got was great though. It was very busy at 2pm so all of the chicken and fries were fresh.

Chicken was too hard to eat had wings and things and didn't even get full order of fries. Cost about 13.00 not worth it.

To corporate, please ask them to fix free style soda leak. Hazardous to guest and not only that, dump trash. The first visual thing you see walking in is over filled trash cans and floor completely wet from soda machine. Bad look for restaurant.

I ordered on 9/20 through Doordash and one of my sandwiches was missing the chicken. I called and the manager Shane was understanding, extremely helpful, and promptly solved the issue. While I didn't get to enjoy the meal, I did enjoy the customer service.

The food was hot and fresh. They were definitely short staffed for Friday night, so service was slow. May have been folks who did not show or management did not schedule adequate staff for a Friday rush.

I had a long trip with my band for a football game and we stopped here so the kids could eat before we got back on the road. We arrived after closing hours, however, the staff was gracious enough to make sure my 70 kids could have a meal before getting back on the road for 2+ hours. I’m extremely appreciative of this establishment and what they did for my students. They were a huge blessing.

The manager was so disrespectful and i wont tolerate such pathetic attitude i manage to get her name she goes by the name of tanjnika davis and her behavior was just out of pocket her attitude and response was unacceptable and not to mention she was talking smack about the zaxbys company and how she does not like her job
i understand people dont always have their best days but is it really necessary to take out their anger on other people who had done nothing to them if i was yall i would rather fire her and find someone who can do better cause that seems like the best option there is at this point yall need to be careful on who yall hire or promote

I live on a fixed income, but I treat myself every week to a cobb salad. I go to the one on 441S in Dublin. Today I treated myself only to learn of the price increase. I'm willing to pay for a good salad. I get home approximately 10 minutes away from the store and open my salad. What a disappointment!! Lettuce is wilted, tomatos are too ripe and maybe 4 pieces of chicken. So I pretty much paid for a bowl of wilted lettuce and soggy tomatoes. Oh yeah and no cheese or dried onions either. I look forward to my cobb salad but today I'm very upset.
