I had to leave a review about my recent visit to Zaxby's. The night shift has always been okay, but tonight was different. There was this guy working who seriously needs to be a manager. He brought so much energy back into the place! The whole environment has changed – you can feel the smiles and a happy, welcoming vibe. This guy went above and beyond, had a smile on his face the whole time, and honestly gave me the best service I've had from the night shift crew. He made my experience tonight totally worth it, and I'll definitely be back. Give that guy a raise or promotion! His name was Skyler!!!

Was this Zaxbys or Shangri-La? After traveling for miles, I, a weary traveler, was left in great need of sustenance and urination relief. What was that? O’er the horizon? It couldn’t be! The famed outlined silhouette of that loony bird beckoning all who see her to come and feast.

And I answered that call with no hesitation. I had my fill and emptied my bladder. Alas, a true oasis on the desert that is I16!

We decided not too eat here because the bathrooms were nasty. Pee all over the seats and floor and paper towels all over the floor. I know this is from customers with no decency but there actually was an employee waiting in line & I mentioned it to her but she didn't care.

Stopped in for a mobile order. Right off the interstate--convenient location.

Everyone welcomed us once we opened the door. Even though busy, ordering and getting our food took no time. Employees very nice.
