i ordered online for this location and when i received my food it tasted as if it was cooked in old/burnt grease absolutely disgusting

PLEAEE DO NOT EAT HERE!!! THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! I KNOW SOMEONE WHO WORKS IN THE BACK, AND I’VE GOT THE PICTURES…ITS DISGUSTING, THERES BEEN ISSUES WITH BLACK MOLD AND OTHER THINGS. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
Normally I love Zaxby’s customer service but tonight was horrible. Don’t continue asking someone if they’re done ordering when they are trying to speak. Why would any customer want to complete an order with someone so rude taking it? Not me, it shouldn’t be tolerated. If you don’t want to work at a fast food restaurant then DON’T.

Newly renovated, which is ugly to me but that’s up to personal opinion. Wait for food is very long. Staff is unpleasant and unprofessional (but that goes for a lot of fast food in Dublin right now unfortunately) overall not a good experience.

Food was sloppily served and I ordered a large fry(go big) which was a extra cost and only got little less than a hand full of fries

I got the new chicken taco and it was delicious but the chicken finger was to small it only fit halfway through the taco, I also got the boneless wings and they were alright.....the place was very busy too

Fries were not seasoned and they were soggy, 3 and 4 piece fingers only came with 1 sauce each. If you want more they are 25 cents each. Bread was only toasted on 1 side. Not worth $21. This restaurant is at the end of it's corporate greed.
