Wanted to try a new place since recently moving and we found ourselves at Abbotts. I was amazed that there are themes each night and our night was open mic - singing. Loved that it offers that but the music was loud we couldn't enjoy our conversation.We were on the opposite side and it became annoying but I'm not complaining much since how else would anyone play and not make a little noise. We'll check their website next time to see what's up for us to plan better and who knows maybe i'll join in the mic night fanfare. One note: I saw that not all activities were on their website that were shown advertised once in the restaurant. It would be great to see all of it because it seemed like a great hangout place.The food: I got steak but I have to say that it was just ok, nothing bad but... We also got a burger that was quite good and we certainly will give it another shot to try other things on the menu.Also I don't mind having conversation with our servers but I heard a whole life story from someone who moved from New York and all the ups and downs - literally 12 minutes of it. Was she having a bad day? However, I'd rather have some interaction than not, so maybe it was just our turn.We'll be back and bring friends.

Sent fish back. Smelled terrible. It had to be spoiled. Many normal items not available...like tartar sauce. No fried mozzarella on the sampler but was on the menu. No frozen margaritas...only on the rocks. Won't be going back.

Food came out wrong and the attempt to make it better was as lacking as the entire experience. One good thing is we know we won't be back! If we had just come in to watch a game and have drinks I'm sure it would have been fine.

Friday 10/1/2022 cold beer good food & music Dance floor in front of band needs railing around dance floor with dim lights around it make more dance friendly I miss watching the girls dancing together ibefore remodel .hope something done about dance area. Needs something . Had a great time.

We waited over 40 minutes for our food. The kids meal, a quesadilla and sliced oranges, took another 15 after our food came (yay for hungry kids), even though we were the only ones seated at a table. Our waitress was very rude to us. Thought she was just tired as she might have been the only one working. Okay get that, if that’s the case... but she rolled her eyes when we asked for the check. Doesn’t make you want to come back or recommend this place.

I was a little nervous coming here for the first time after reading the reviews but it was a super fun time! I didn't try the food but went for a few drinks and to check out Open Mic night. The two bartenders were amazing! I will definitely be going back :)

Worst customer service!! Server was great!! The bartender was absolutely horrible!!!! THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! The saddest part is....when I asked for the Manager...it was her!!! If you own this business I HIGHLY suggest you fire her rude a** ASAP!!!! I will make sure to tell everyone I know DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

It was my first time coming to this location, and it was disappointing. The tables were oddly placed, and we had to sit at a table right next to the main entrance door. Attention to service was meh, and the food was just ok. Only good thing is they welcome children and have live music.
We came here on Saturday night to watch Band X (amazing as always) and to get some dinner and drinks. We arrived at 7:30, which we thought would be early enough to get an inside table. We ended up having to sit outside, which was fine. What was not fine was the absolutely horrible service. We ordered our food at about 8:00. It is now 9:30 and we have not received our food, so we are leaving. We had one drink and an hour later we were never asked if we want another one. I've had some bad service in my life, but this has to be the worst ever!

And that may be a generous rating!!! went for dinner, a party of eight. waited forty minutes for meals to come out, and they came one at a time over a fifteen minute period. of the eight meals, only two were correct, and these two were Cobb salads ( hard to screw up salad). The others were basically inedible. salmon was almost raw; burger cooked to a crisp; catfish meat that was the size of a business card, fried so tough it could be barely cut; and so on. AND THESE ARE NOT EXAGGERATIONS! This is probably a good bar, but the food and preparation basically suck. WILL NEVER RETURN!

So today I went with a client for dinner. It was the worst experience and instance of blatant cheating. The waiter Dan (or Danny) delivered two Old Fashioned (listed at $10) and then charged me $35, saying it was some premium bourbon, when I specifically asked him for house pour. The food took over 90 minutes and they didn't deliver the soup, and tried charging for it as well. Guys: I can labor issues, but do not try to cheat customers. I will never return and will also call my credit card company to report you.

Abbotts was my favorite neighborhood bar in the Johns Creek area. It had a lot of character and was a cozy place to relax after a hard days work. I work a couple blocks away and would frequent this place multiple times a week. We even had one of our company Christmas parties in the back room a couple years back! Awesome times. Well, life happened and I wasn’t able to visit for a few months. Tonight was my first time back and it sure was an underwhelming experience. They’ve gutted out 90% of the old interior and replaced it with generic modern decor. The place is void of all the old character it had. It’s now just uncomfortable metal chairs, no booths, and a wide open space that has terrible acoustics. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I left after one drink. What a shame. This place was great. I didn’t even stay to see if the food was still of the same quality. I likely won’t be back.

They recently renovated (06/21/22) and it makes sense the interior is empty. But regardless they have great service and food. Tiramisu had this hot cake and cold layer cream on them. Words won't justify the rich flavor of this dessert. It was one of the best tiramisus I ever had.
