I've been there a few times, and there's no one working, but they take customers in an outrageous manner. One woman working there, I thought she was a customer. She's so rude.
I typically prefer quieter spots where I can easily talk to the friends I'm drinking with and this place have a more vivacious and lively feel. They blast music and it's all an open space so you can hear the convos of the tables around you very clearly. It also seems to draw a more younger crowd as opposed to other korean pochas in the area that have a mix of older and younger demographics. The food is so good! The employees are very nice and helpful and the music isn't too loud or distracting. Karaoke rooms are small but the music choices are great! They're 20/hr and the controls might be confusing at first, but easy to handle (if not, you can ask for help and they'll be there to help!)
