The food taste good by guys in the back that cook the food. The Hispanic lady and Asian Lady who I think is the owner do not have good customer service.
I ordered a small grilled chicken salad. The salad came in one small Styrofoam container and the grilled chicken came in another small black container. Because the chicken was hot? That's how they do it .
Other American deli or all other restaurants put the chicken on top of the salad
It was wasteful to use two containers instead on one.
I asked to buy for a larger container I wanted the grilled chicken on top of the salad. The owner told me that they don't sell the plastic containers and if I wanted it mixed I should bought a large.
Her response was totally unreasonable. Not willing to accommodate the request. I left the restaurant feeling confused and not wanting to come back because the issue was so small and could've been handled more respectfully...it was unbelievable because it didn't make sense what she was saying.

Do come here if you feel like throwing your money away. I ordered the same 15 PC wings more than 6 TIMES and all of them have been the smaller size as a ketchup packet, these wings make you feel above average man.

They always have a problem making wings extra wet. I paid for it so what’s the problem. They always have a nasty attitude when I get them to fix it. Stop spending money with restaurants that don’t value you.

In town from Houston, this place was right next to my hotel. Got the beef Philly with 5 wings combo. Flavor was very average, but good. Wings were TINY. Sandwich was a good size. Fast and friendly service.

I do not usually do this however I’m upset .. my first order had a hair in it when I got home I realized it.. gross 🤮 they said I had to bring my food up there for proof and to get food remade .. I just feel they should have given me a refund and fresh food. I had to take the time out of my day either way to go back up there ..they should have refunded me .. the food is good wings and fries but not good enough for me to go back up there after this terrible customer service ..
