Applebee's Grill + Bar

The grilled cheese cheese burger is terrible. Neither me or my friend liked it. Kind of thought they would take something off the bill. A little disappointed they didnt, but I will go back.

My partner went in to order our food and stood there while the servers or whoever just stood there looking back at him. Fine. He comes back to the car and I suggest we order online. Food said it would be done at 5:21. He did not get back to the car until at least 5:35-5:45 ish. The fries were cold, mozzarella sticks had no cheese pull, so cold..the chicken Parmesan was so disgusting that I couldn’t even enjoy it…chicken tenders were hard and cold. This is unacceptable. I don’t know if they are short staffed or just hire anybody but this was the worst experience. I NEVER leave reviews but this had to be said. Will not come back.

I went for the all you can eat wing special. The wings were overcooked and very hard, so I switched to the riblets, which weren't too bad. My server was ok, but I did notice her giving more energy to some customers. The atmosphere was nice, and very clean

Latisha was an amazing waitress!!! She was prompt, attentive, and very knowledgeable!!! She made our experience special and we will definitely return and tell all of our friends to ask for her!!!! Please take care of her, because it’s so hard to find people that love doing their job and take pride in making the people happy !!!

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We waited 15 minutes just to get our drinks. I ordered sweet tea, but it was unpleasant, so I switched to water. We then waited another 10 minutes for the water to arrive, which felt excessive.

After that, we waited a full hour for our food. Frustrated, I ended up canceling our order and only paid for the drinks before leaving. When we informed a different waitress that we were leaving, we were still charged for our drinks. The kitchen manager came over to explain they were short-staffed, which I understand, but an hour wait for steak is simply too long.

The exchange between my husband and the manager became a back-and-forth about the wait time. I finally intervened and said we just wanted to cancel our order and pay for the drinks, which honestly should have been complimentary given the circumstances.

On a positive note, the bartender who was not our waitress was fantastic. She was very sweet and apologized multiple times for our experience. It's a shame that our visit was marred by such long wait times, but I appreciate her kindness. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
