My appetizer dip was thrown together, and I feel over cooked it was at opening time, and they were not busy so I was very disappointed

Had a pregnancy craving and got the appetizer sampler; they forgot my spinach dip and celery :( I got it on my work break and didn't have time to go back. I called and they gave me a partial refund so there's that too

I had to wait over 10 minutes longer than I was told it would be ready. WHY! The restaurant was dead! Then my chicken tasted burnt.

I always come and sit close to the bar in the booths
this Sunday night in particular and we order drinks thru our server but we never received them we heard the server ask the bartender and she threatened her and we still never received our drinks.We asked for the manager for the shift and he didn’t seem to care. That Bartender makes me not want to visit anymore! She was very rude!

Never agin! Family of 4. Only 4 tables being used.
1st- got seated ok.
2nd- took our order,
3rd-took 20 minutes to get 3 drinks.
4th- took another 15 minutes to get 2 appetizers.
5th- took 10 minutes to get plates, napkins and utensils.
6th- food finally got there. Hamburger was horrible, looked like they added a filler, horrible.
She asked if we needed refills, we said yes. 15-20 minutes later we get them. We were ready to leave.
Finally got bill, 67.00, gave her 50.00gift card and 20.00 bill.
She brought my change. 5.58, she gave me 5.00 and said they had no change ozone dollar bills. So I was supposed to eat the change. She asked another waitress for change she said they didn't have any. I had 15 ones I traded her. You can't tell customers you don't have change or dollar bills. She let me know that SHE would have to pay the shortage.
Not a way to run a business. My family will definitely not return.

I always visit Applebee's when I visit to the US, but it seems that this restaurant is short of staff.
It took a long time to take orders, serve drinks and deliver food, which was a shame.
However, the quality of the food was good, which saved the day.

4 of us...3 got food accordingly..1 waited literally 30 minutes for their plate...by then we had to leave so she was left watching us eat..and this is why I stop going to applebees!!

The service was the worst I've ever experienced in a restaurant. The time frame to get service and drinks ordered was not acceptable, no utensils brought to the table, no drink refills offered, no togo box offered. Need I say more. Had to get all the previously mentioned by ourselves or from the receptionist. The only saving grace was that the food was good and warm.

Nothing special about it. Pretty lousy service at the bar.

Thus location has HORRIBLE customer service. The associates walk by customers without asking if they have been helped. My husband and I waited in the takeout area for 20 minutes without assistance. We then moved to the bar and waited for 10 minutes without someone taking our order. We finally decided to just leave. Will not return to this location.
