They bring good groups because of the excessive cost

Saturday night we arrived for the José Barraza concert, we paid for the tickets (only cash if you didn't buy them before)I order a beer and if they can give me a plastic glass and they tell me that they are watching it on camera that they cannot give me a glass with my beer, we are going to find a table at the VIP entrance that is on the left side of the room and the lady tells meTo my question how much does the table cost?" It is very expensive ,I ask him what he told me and he tells me it's very expensive and I don't know how much it costs, go ask the other side.I go to the other side and after thinking about it a little they sell me the table on the side that they told me not to.But to cross in the middle I have to pay $30 each (we had just paid &750 for the table)In the end they let us cross to our table without paying extra. We asked to change the bottle that comes with the table for beer and waterAnd they tell me the water is separate, to which I reply; It is not separate, no. He looks at me and tells me let's see what I can do.Good bad attentionThe concert was very good, an excellent showman, leaving aside the human treatment of the place, we spent a romantic night with my partner“

The place and layout are great but the prices are abusive. The tables are $300+ even with inflation, this was absurd. The place and space are very good but thePrices are an abuse. The tables were $300 or more, even with inflation, this is absurd.

The price of Parking is exaggerated by $30 and they do not have electronic payment. The facilities are a little deteriorated.

it is so much fun here. Although, depending on the event it can get pretty jampacked. Also, if you already bought tickets before hand. You can go to the second line that has zero people. That way you don’t have to stand outside in the cold in the really long line to get in because it’s for people that didn’t buy tickets. I learned at the hard way. if you’re 18 or older you can go in but if you want a 21+ wristband, you need to show your ID.

Big place, but they should have more tables

More or less place but the truth is very abusive, the owner and workers at the event jumped, the line was too long and it took us about 2 to 3 hours to enter THE PARKING LOT "" 60"" Dollars and the drinks were very expensive and besides everyone asks you for a tip... .race you have to stop visiting this place until it is at a normal price.....I DON'T WANT FOR FREE....but if you pay for something lost it is worth it

Went for an event on saturday 2/24/24 and this place was so unorganized! the website said the doors opened at 8 but we got let in until 8:30 and so many people who kept cutting in line. Thousands of people standing up having to watch the show because there was no more tables or tables that were over $500 to buy. Everyone was piled on one another and the speakers of this place didn’t work very well. many were complaining about having to stand for hours to watch the show and it was just an awful experience for a comedy show.

Will not be going back here ever! For starters they are super rude and unorganized. We stood in line since 6 for an event on 2-24-24 and then they started letting people get in front of all of us just because they had vip (if you have vip and a table why should it matter, they should enter through a different area) anyways then we were standing in a spot inside and we had to “move” bc we couldn’t stand there which it was just because security basically wanted to move us because then he proceeded to let other people stand in that same spot. Once again very unorganized because we attempted multiple times to buy a vip table and they kept telling us there was no more for sale but then that there was and when we finally tried to buy one it was $2000+ plus I witnessed so many other people get disrespected. Worse experience ever
