I normally order from here on doordash almost every week. Today i decided to go through drive through and they didn't have anything I wanted but the guy was soooo disrespectful even one of the workers agreed and she apologized on his behalf. After a emotional experience I will take my money somewhere else . A 15 year relationship ruined in 2 minutes.

I ordered ice cream and the older guy working here wanted to get my attention so, instead of a simple “excuse me”, he started slamming my ice cream on the glass case and shouted “hey! Hey!” Do better.

I always have a bad experience here. Drive through and inside. Every employee always has a bad attitude. I had a coupon tonight and kept being told the total amount without the coupon. Kept shrugging his shoulders and went “$$” I commented and he shrugged and went “$$”. Previously, they can never seem to find my mobile orders. Asking for my name several times and going “uhhhhhh ok.” My mobile orders are also nine times out of ten wrong. This will be my last time ever coming to this location for baskin robins and dunkin.

We asked for a scoop of chocolate ice cream with extra Oreos. The guy thought that he was slick and gave us cookies and cream instead. We order the same thing every time and know what it’s supposed to look like. Also the ice cream is brown for chocolate and he gave us white ice cream with Oreos (cookies & cream). I don’t like how they tried to get over. He also didn’t say a total at the window. He just swiped my boyfriend’s card and also didn’t give us a receipt. I hope they didn’t charge for extra Oreos ??.

Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes for a milkshake because all the staff which was like 4-5 ppl were only focused on the drive thru. Unbelievable!!

This location had my ALL TIME FAVORITE Ice Cream...Baseball Nut ?? in the "to-go" Quart size! I called 1st to inquire before I made the trip since that flavor is "seasonal"! I bought all but 1 ?....
Bad attitude, rude... Just an awful service. Please go somewhere else.

This is how they send Doordash out. When I say no common sense. 2 scoops mean put 2 scoops in a cup with a lid and the cones in the bag. Not put 2 scoops on a cone and throw the whole damn ice cream in a cup hand it to the dasher not sealed not in a bag. How was this man driving with my ice cream.

They are out of a lot of flavors and gave me my to go ice cream in an open cup and I told them it’s to go…and she handed it back with a lid. I had to ask for a bag? Like our the ice cream, spoon and napkins in a small bag? Why is that difficult…long wait for 2 cappuccino blasts. I Would avoid this location.
