This is how they send Doordash out. When I say no common sense. 2 scoops mean put 2 scoops in a cup with a lid and the cones in the bag. Not put 2 scoops on a cone and throw the whole damn ice cream in a cup hand it to the dasher not sealed not in a bag. How was this man driving with my ice cream.

They are out of a lot of flavors and gave me my to go ice cream in an open cup and I told them it’s to go…and she handed it back with a lid. I had to ask for a bag? Like our the ice cream, spoon and napkins in a small bag? Why is that difficult…long wait for 2 cappuccino blasts. I Would avoid this location.

Friendly workers. That's about all I've got to say that's nice.They're out of all the ice cream all the time. Every single time I come. 31 flavors? Try seven. Tonight I asked for three flavors in a row that they are out of so then she just read me what they have, and there were seven. And I didn't ask for anything crazy. One of the ones I asked for was cookies and cream! Anyway they had seven flavors. This is repeated every time I come here.

Busted- Robbin's!!! The first time I went, the guy at the window didn't know how to make a sundae. Then we asked for cones; no cones, so we settled for two scoops in a cup. Tonight, I ordered the butterscotch blondie and a sundae with butter pecan and chocolate. No butter pecan, which was fine so I asked for praline. I get to the window and the waffle cones were not in the blondie. The server said they make them in the morning and they were out but he didn't mention it before. Then I realized i didn't get my chocolate scoop. ?. I don't like Brusters but at least they know how make sundaes and you get what you get what you ask for most of the time.

My wife & I recently visited this location. Upon entering there was plenty of very friendly staff on duty and we received immediate service. Got some ice cream from Baskin and a coffee & donut from Dunkin. Good selection of bakery products. Best of both worlds. Facility was very clean. Open daily. Drive through. Plenty of parking.
This location doesn't follow the menu as a regular Dunkin/baskin location does. I Ordered a cappuccino blast and got a drink without icecream, whip cream and cinnamon. It was basically ice blended together with very little coffee and no flavor. When I mentioned it to them, they stated that the owners charged extra for whip cream and cinnamon and that, that is how cappuccino blast are made. I go to my local dunkin/Baskin every week and never had I had a cappuccino blast look as pathetic as this one. I would have ask for a refund once I tasted it but I was already a drive away. I've told my sister to avoid this location since she lives in the area.

I'd rather just buy the frozen Baskin Robbins ice cream in grocery stores. Half the ice cream shown was out of service which wasn't posted. What we got was ice cream that had like Specs of ice in it and just was kind of a waste of money and calories, unfortunate really.
