This was my first time visiting the Medlock location. I normally visit the location in Alpharetta and have always been pleased. I went there today around 12:15, there was one person finishing up at the register. The older gentleman rang him up with his gloves on and came over to take my order. He never changed his gloves before fixing my to go order. I had to repeat my salad items to him several times as he seemed distracted and not paying much attention. $16.70 for a salad and tea. The turkey was salty and the blue cheese crumbles were pungent (borderline going bad). I guess I will take the drive to the other location

Trying to get rid of covid 15 so ordered salad from this place. Mostly lettuce. Tomatoes are tiny chopped up, same with cucumbers. Asked for black beans...maybe a teaspoon of beans... come on. 10 bucks? For mostly lettuce? Won't be back.

I am an absolute Salata fanatic but the location on Medlock in Duluth is just not the same. When they first opened up I stopped by after receiving the flyer and they were closed for almost a month before opening. Their schedule is NEVER consistent. I truly think they spend more time closed than open. I went today to grab dinner and their new schedule is 11am to 3pm?!? Total waste!

Great place for a healthy meal. Build your own salad, choose from many different ingredients, proteins, and dressings. Large portions & super value. A must stop every trip.

We would always come here weekly for our lunch break. The service was always so nice until recently one of the men who works at this location named Miguel, was incredibly rude. We felt very unwelcome. We will most likely be going to the Peachtree corners location from now on.

Not only is the food here delicious! The customer service is REMARKABLE.. When I got ready to check out, I noticed I did not have my debit card. The manager who is usually the cashier recognized me as a regular customer and offered to give me my meal free of charge. I thought this was a really nice gesture, especially considering the fact what I ordered wasn't the cheapest. We need more people like him in this world.

My wife and I are in Atlanta for a workshop. We had lunch yesterday at Salata. It was awesome. The salad ingredients were plentiful and fresh, the staff was kind, professional, and efficient; and the setting was nice. ... and the tomato soup was extraordinarily good.

Ok...so I'm not really a salad guy so this will be a bit biased. Not sure if it was because it was dinner time but the place was deserted. I heard that it gets busy during lunchtime. Meats were dry and service could have been better. Not a place I would personally repeat. Service - 3/5 Food - 2.5/5 Ambience - 3/5

The regular sized salad is huge and very filling. The ingredients are fresh and makes me feel healthy. I ordered the falafel which also were cooked in a better way than most fried falafel tastes like. A good healthy and quick meal.

Think a salad bar is just a salad bar? Think again. This place is a salad lovers dream. They have so many options, it would put a buffet to shame. Everything was delicious. The manager walked me through the whole line and told me a bit about the history of the franchise. Apparently there are a lot more locations coming soon. And thank goodness for that.

First time trying this salad kitchen after a friend recommended it. Impressed with the vast selection, freshness and nice staff. Not to mention their pricing is reasonable for what you get. The tea tap is something I had not seen before. Majority of the options are ones I will be having in the future when we come back to compliment my custom salad.

I was recommended this restaurant and it did not disappoint. You have the option of two sizes of bowls or a wrap. You then choose what kind of greens you want. Then many different salad options: vegetables, fruits and seeds/etc. Also many protein options, with an up-charge for them. They have about 8 dressing options and you can get pita chips or a delicious grain croissant. They have a tea tap - 3 kinds of tea and 3 fruit lemonades. As well as bottled coke products (including Coke Zero). The dining room is modern, clean and crisp. There are also 5 patio tables. I got the large salad and brought 1/3 of it home. Great option as it's only $1 more than the small bowl. Both of the staff members were friendly and seemed happy to serve us. That's a rarity these days! I will be back!
