This location always asks you to pull forward and wait for your food away from the window even with no one behind you. Trying to game the drive-through timer to make it look like they are moving cars through the line fast. Had to sit and wait for 5+ minutes and no other cars ever came through the line. Annoying tactic.

I had an issue with my food on Thanksgiving. I came back today and the Manager apologized and fixed my order with no hesitation. Great customer service! Love their breakfast menu so I’ll be back soon.

Visited on 11/16/25 for an early dinner and we were not disappointed. The staff was very accommodating and the food was fresh. We tried the bo cookies for the first time and I must say they were dangerously delicious, I could definitely get hooked on those.

Bojangles has an AI order taker at the drive through that does a great job of getting the order right. It seems to be the humans filling the orders that have a problem. The list is there in front of them! You just fill it like AI tells you to! Items wrong or missing. My 2nd experience at this particular location. Same results. My son told me to give them 1 star. I gave them 2 only because despite everything the chicken was still good. Biscuits were hard like they were left over from breakfast. Staff can't tell the difference between Pepsi and Mt. Dew. Never again.

Ms. Shaterita was great my food was hot and fresh. I didn’t have to wait long and she had a positive attitude. I will definitely be back ❤️
Ordered drive thru and paid $11 for a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and paid extra for cheese just for them to forget the cheese and lettuce. Went inside and they slapped on some cheese and shredded lettuce but when I got back to my car to try the sandwhich it was cold plus the fries were stale. I should have gone back in for a refund but at that point I could tell they didn’t care so I just left.

If they could actually do their job you could have food. They refused to even acknowledge us in drive through until we spoke up. The person there decided she didn't want to give us what we were trying to order that is clearly on the menu. Then went inside and they just glared at us and wouldn't come take our order.

Do NOT waste your time, here. I decided months ago bc of the consistent bad service staff and food that I'd do coming here. After MONTHS of not coming, I tried ONE LAST TIME...and was SORELY disappointed...again. My sandwich was OLD (hard biscuit, dried/burnt/old cheese, and old meat). Truly disappointing. The bright side...when I went bk for a refund the staff were apologetic, friendly, and offered to remake the order. Good luck to you!
