Ordered a strawberry matcha (matcha with strawberry syrup and strawberry cold foam). Was given a matcha without any strawberry cold foam. When asked about it am given a sheepish “oh yeaaahh, we ran out”. How do you serve an item missing one of the 3 components it’s made of without asking customer if it is ok or a giving a heads up.

my husband and I found this place in Duluth downtown. I am a coffee fanatic and this place was able to quench the thirst of it. They make their own flavors and they also have sugar free options for their matcha. Very quant and dainty atmosphere, will visit again!

Used to like this place, but the service went downhill. Dont bother asking to have your drink in a mug. They never wash their mugs, and even when they have mugs, they lie and say things like, " We don't have mugs that come in that size." There's a brunette barista that works here that has the worst attitude. Blunt, rude, rolls eyes. I don't need all this attitude for a cup of coffee.
Great atmosphere and service! The panini was delicious. I'll add some natural drinks to the menu, like orange juice.

Wonderful cafe! I have such a good time every time I go. The single origin coffee is always on point. Pastries are very tasty. The staff is helpful, especially Sabrina, who go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and respected as a patron. Every trip to this cafe for me is a treat. Thank you :)
