Bruster's Real Ice Cream

The workers are young and so cute!
We ordered the horchata small waffle cone and vanilla large waffle cone.
The only thing is that I wish they had more speciality flavors. Also the waffle cone was a little too thin that it started to break as soon as we got it so we had to ask for a cup.

My experience is pretty similar to others. I arrive at this location around 10:02pm on a Sunday. When I get to the window, the guy says they're closing and can only do certain items. I only wanted a milkshake. Why have you closed down your machines at 10pm when signs in your window and online hours says you close at 10:30pm?

However, saying that this ice-cream is bad are bots and are lying because this is some of the best ice-cream I've ever had and would recommend it to anyone, and by the way great customer service.😍😍😍😝

Ice cream wasn’t fresh had mold : needs to be shut down !!

Rude worker! No greeting, no thank you, no nothing! My ice cream was freezer burnt with frozen ice chips throughout my ice cream, not sure if they were having freezer issues or not. Got to the middle of my cone only to find a strand of hair in the ice cream! Completely turned my stomach, I politely pulled over and threw it away. I will NOT visit this location again!

Customer service at this location is horrible and if your African Anerican be prepared to have the window shut in your face

Never one to do reviews, but as someone who works in the restaurant industry, this was something that took us by surprise. We had gotten to the window and while waiting, we could hear that there was a lot of hollering. Turns out that for the solid couple of minutes we waited (whilst other people behind us asked us what was going on), 4 of the employees were sitting on the floor playing a game…and then to add to it while making all of the orders, it was very evident where their focus was… the game. Lastly, they only got out half our order and had to wait 5+ minutes for probably the simplest order. To say the very least, interesting experience.

Horrible service, server had a negative attitude when asked for napkins? Poor experience overall. Server gave manager (Johnny) number and no reply. Try another location.

Rude service and will close an hour early so the four annoyed young girls can count ice cream money and clean so they can be out leave by 11.

Terrible customer service. We came to the ice cream place at 10:03 and online and a paper on the window said they close at 10:30 and they had just taken somebody before us. They close the window on our face and proceeded to completely ignore us. Then told us they were closed 30 minutes earlier. Do not go here if you looking for good customer service.

I had the gooey butter cake and it reminds me of dulce de leche ice cream and it was good. But my husband loves cookies n cream ice cream and he said that was the worst he’s had not b/c it was nasty but b/c it was just vanilla ice cream with 2 little cookie pieces. It was boring and plain and not at all gator was advertised as.

super expensive for the quality they serve. the employees were kids that are running around playing instead of working 🤮🤮
