I don't know why the rating is low, but this ice cream shop is always friendly.
Gave me spoil chocolate syrup and brownie caused me to vomit. Never going to brusters again
Management should be more mindful of closers … they close the store early several nights…
Bruster’s is and has always been one of my favorite ice cream places for me and my family to go!
This is a convenient location for delicious ice cream treats. The personnel are always friendly and quickly deliver my orders. Orders are always accurate. Great work, Bruster's!
Service was very good, the girl at the front desk was a sweetheart. I ordered a milkshake and a cake (for a friend's birthday), which were both very good and she got them out fast, despite quite a few people ordering. The only reason for 4 stars is waiting outside in the sun, but everything else is good!

i dont understand how they have multiple employees, and it takes them almost 30 minutes to serve people, employees on the night shift were super disrespectful when told the order was wrong he just closed the window and walked away, Do not recommend all of the employees work like they hate there job 🤦♀️.
The workers are young and so cute!
We ordered the horchata small waffle cone and vanilla large waffle cone.
The only thing is that I wish they had more speciality flavors. Also the waffle cone was a little too thin that it started to break as soon as we got it so we had to ask for a cup.

My experience is pretty similar to others. I arrive at this location around 10:02pm on a Sunday. When I get to the window, the guy says they're closing and can only do certain items. I only wanted a milkshake. Why have you closed down your machines at 10pm when signs in your window and online hours says you close at 10:30pm?
However, saying that this ice-cream is bad are bots and are lying because this is some of the best ice-cream I've ever had and would recommend it to anyone, and by the way great customer service.😍😍😍😝

Ice cream wasn’t fresh had mold : needs to be shut down !!
Rude worker! No greeting, no thank you, no nothing! My ice cream was freezer burnt with frozen ice chips throughout my ice cream, not sure if they were having freezer issues or not. Got to the middle of my cone only to find a strand of hair in the ice cream! Completely turned my stomach, I politely pulled over and threw it away. I will NOT visit this location again!
