Bruster's Real Ice Cream

I’d never come here again. This place clearly closes over 10mns before the officially posted closing time. It was even more disappointing as all of the young women stood there and tried to ignore us for minutes before realizing that we wouldn’t “just turn around and leave”. After being told that “she’d take our order even though they were closed” (15mns before closing @945pm), I felt so uncomfortable that I just decided to leave. I wasn’t sure if they would spit in my husbands ice cream or something, purely out of spite since they wanted to get off work 30mns early. This is my last time coming to Brusters, especially when there’s so many better mom and pop shops with employees who care.

Size is way too small for price. We usually go to the one on Suwanee, the size and portion of the ice cream goes along with the price (in the Suwanee location). Ice cream is good wish I had more for $15, it was baby size :(

The gentleman who serves them is rude, extremely mocking, he made fun of me for not having a good accent in English and I bought nothing because of the poor service. I don't know how they have that kind of people there without training, that has happened to me twice now and I will never go back to that place again, no one is good enough the owner for having them there and they for not having supervision, the only good thing is the ice cream and it is because it is a franchise if it weren't for that they would already be bankrupt

I love this place every time I come they treat me and my family so well. Their service is always amazing and the employees are so attentive. I always get my food in a timely matter, this place honestly never disappoints!!!

I had 10 minutes waiting to be attended to and at 10:50 they told me it was closed after being ignored

The ice cream was okay but Customer service was horrible. They need to improve on customer service. No need to have attitude serving your customers.

My son and I felt like some ice cream yesterday and went to grab some at Bruster's. It was a pleasant experience and quick service. The employee originally had entered one of the items wrong thing but when I reviewed the order before paying. I addressed it. He fixed it with no issues. He had a pleasant attitude. My son and I were satisfied with our ice cream.

We always look forward to our Brusters night after a long day at work. This was our first time at this particular Brusters and I was very disappointed. We ordered at 10:13pm and waited 20 minutes for our order to find out they were closing and cleaning. I tapped on the window and the girl that took our order disregarded us and didn’t acknowledge that we had ordered when she was the one to take our order. After all the frustration I just asked for a refund which surprisingly they wanted to say that they had already closed out. They weren’t willing to make our order nor give us a refund. Don’t go to this Brusters!

It was straight TRASH !!! I’m so disappointed!!! I ordered 2 milkshakes and I received a cup of key lime and strawberry milk!!! This is ridiculous!!! I only left 1 star because I had to!!!

Don't walk, RUN away. The worst experience/customer service I experienced in a long time.

Closed early with a full staff inside looking at you through the windows. What a joke.

Very annoyed by the rudeness of all 3 employees. Took simple order for a Dino cup ice cream for my kid and a slushi, employees just giggling to each other being unproductive. Watched 5 different people order after us and everyone person got their cones,sundaes ect while my 2 yr old is getting ancy with no simple 1 scoop vanilla ice cream. Asked the lady at window what's going on and she brushed it off, said it'll be up soon.....Nope! Not coming back to this place every again. Overpriced and rude.

I walked up to the window to order and the girl didn’t ask if she could help me, but rather just looked at me as if she was annoyed. I placed my order and left a 20%tip- for unfriendly service I guess? I had ordered 2 scoops of cake batter and birthday cake. I didn’t realize until I had gotten down the street that I didn’t get my order and instead it was vanilla which I thought was cake batter and apparently butter pecan was the second flavor at the bottom of my cone. Even though the ice cream was good it was not what I ordered and this ice cream is not cheap to not get what you ordered!
