-5 starts. This particular Burger King is staffed with the most laziest lethargic people you could employ. If they’re busy, they just won’t say anything at the drive-through and will let you sit there 5+ minutes. This has happened to me probably more than five times now in the last year. If you’re not lazy like these people go two miles down the road to the other Burger King on Pleasant Hill trust me.

Bad Customer service period! I placed a breakfast order for the 1st time for the Old Norcross & Sugarloaf store yet app made it for Pleasanthill location ugh! Upon arrival? I say to the manager? Can I get a coffee for my extra travel? She says? I CANT do that! I said sure you can & left! Told manager I was going to give a bad review! Sugarloaf store is so much better!
If I could I wouldn't give it even one star. My family and I ordered 4 hamburgers and we got sick to our stomach, it made us sick and our stomach hurt a lot, we also got dizzy and vomited a lot. The burgers were cold and the meat was very cold, it was also raw and the sauces tasted rancid and the sodas tasted like pure water. We have already had pain, dizziness, and vomiting for 2 days. Don't go to this place if you don't want to get sick.

The food was fresh and served quickly, which made the experience even better. It’s not every day you come across such attentive service at a fast-food spot. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to!
