I see a lot of complaints that I can tell are from people who have never had authentic gỏi gà (chicken salad). The chicken is suppose to be served cold in the salad. The chicken is suppose to be bland because it’s eaten with the ginger nước mắm. You can adjust the saltiness of your soup with nước mắm from the bottle or the ginger nước mắm dipping sauce.
We ordered the bánh canh gà, mì gà, and cơm gà, gỏi bắp cải, bắp chuối. Everything tasted great but I would especially recommend their salad and chicken rice. That’s really the star of the menu. It’s the best chicken salad I’ve had in Atlanta besides making it myself. The price is reasonable. All waiters in Asian restaurants just take your order, bring your food, and leave you alone to join. The service is not better or worse than any other Vietnamese restaurant.

Phong and Marianna were the nicest people I’ve met. The chicken here has less fat which my wife needed during her pregnancy. This place do offer both cold and warm chicken - I glanced at a few review and most of them had mentioned this. I go here for my chicken pho ;)))

Everything chicken at this place. Very good food whether you choose rice, noodles or bread. Very clean and spacious. Only one critique would be it's a little pricey.
This was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. To start, the chicken was served cold and tasted awful—clearly not fresh or properly prepared, we could not eat.
The service, however, was even worse. Our server, a male employee, was shockingly unprofessional. He took our order while chewing food, which made it nearly impossible to hear or understand him. As if that weren’t bad enough, he had a toothpick in his mouth later on when asked us if we need something else, which was beyond unsanitary and extremely off-putting.
After our food was finally brought out, we realized he had completely forgotten our water. It took almost 20 minutes of eating before we asked about it, only for him to apologize that he forgot. The lack of attentiveness and basic professionalism was unacceptable.
It’s clear that this server is not suited for the job, and the management seems either unaware or unconcerned about providing even basic customer service. We won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting decent service or quality food.
Overall, this was an awful experience. Poor food, terrible customer service, and an obvious lack of management oversight. This restaurant is not worth your time

Honestly, I think the owner should know. There were 4 waiters at the time I came. The glasses brought out were all dirty, my sis and I had to clean them after asking other glasses with the same issue. Sitting there, waiting to order for 15min, 4boys were still sitting on their table and didnt pay attention to the customers at all, no bell to ring either, they sat together and were on the phone, head down. Until the lady in the kitchen looked at my table and I waved the hand to get the attention from her. I came with my mom and my sis, 3 ppl, we ordered 2 regular com ga and 1 com ga & goi bap chuoi, the waiter didnt confirm the order. Later, we got 2 dishes and I thought they still prepared the last dishes for my sis. No. We assumed they missed because there was not a lot of customers there, plus the waiters kept playing on the phone. My sis came to the counter to check and we were correct, they missed an order of my sis. The chicken was cold like you just took it out from the fridge with little heating up by microwave. You can see the picture, I didnt even touch the chicken which was cold. Seriously, the issues are repeating multiple times as below comments as well.

My 2 cents: the chicken curry is full of broken bones. If you're not careful, a 15$ meal will cost you hundreds in dentist bills. Becareful. Please redo the way your chopped chicken is prepped. Hazard to guests teeth. Either use chicken filet or winglets where bones are not require chopping. I would probably avoid the curry altogether. Food is not bad here. I may consider returning.
