I see a lot of complaints that I can tell are from people who have never had authentic gỏi gà (chicken salad). The chicken is suppose to be served cold in the salad. The chicken is suppose to be bland because it’s eaten with the ginger nước mắm. You can adjust the saltiness of your soup with nước mắm from the bottle or the ginger nước mắm dipping sauce.

Phong and Marianna were the nicest people I’ve met. The chicken here has less fat which my wife needed during her pregnancy. This place do offer both cold and warm chicken - I glanced at a few review and most of them had mentioned this. I go here for my chicken pho ;)))
